The woman (?) in question or at least in the picture is the Naked Cowgirl. She has been trying to horn in on the Naked Cowboy's Time Square territory for several years.
He has sued her for infringement.

Although the outfit is a stunner, that's not me. I don't do blonde. It's the wrong color for my skin tone. And when there's that much skin showing, you gotta get the right hair color.

I'm a transitional brunette. (Transitioning from dark brown to gray.)
