me and my ex were dating for about 7 months and we broke. we stopped tallking to each other for about a month and then started to talk and see each other again. People told me that him and my bestfriend of 18 years were messing around but she told me that they were lies and not to believe them. One day i was at my ex house and he told me that they did have sex three times and that i was in the house two of the time, my best friend told me that they were in the kitchen talking about me but really they were having sex. idk which one i should be mad at him, her or both of them. i mean we werent dating but my best friend knew that we were talking againg and that I i still had strong feelings for him and wanted to get back together...HELP

Seriously, to the OP - if you're trying to decide on anger, it's not anger. It's spite and, potentially, petty feelings. But anger is passionate and is immediate (usually). If you've got to take a survey on who to be pissed off at, maybe you're not so pissed off, eh?
I'd be more mad that they left me cooling my heels in the living room while they went off for a quickie. I guess they don't think enough of your company to delay their romantic liasons (or perhaps they find it exciting to diss you while having sex.)

Yeah, I hear you. When you get past a certain age (or level of experience), there is an awareness of what is better social path to follow. Sometimes we (I) can forget that fact.
