Really in depth article worth reading. It explains why the Sanford police were so reluctant to arrest Zimmerman, and much more.

From the article I posted earlier:

But keep defending this asshole, m'kay? It really shows us who you are.

(FYI, the shooter was on the phone with 911, and it very much sounds like he mutters "******* coons" just before he confronts the kid. Keep on, David, thinking that he has every right to chase down and shoot someone who was just walking home from the store while talking to his girlfriend.)
Your emoting is like that of a lynch mob. I stand against that, openly.

When the facts are against you, run away.

That article does not even pretend to be objective,
nor dispassionate. It is naked liberalism.

@OmSigDAVID,
Hey David, why don't you just give it a rest, man?

And that's me trying to be polite, because my first inclination would be to be a lot ruder. The fact is that a kid is dead and it was completely and totally preventable - and a law passed by gun nuts like yourself let the guy who murdered him get away scot-free.

It's nothing to be proud of, or to argue so vociferously for. It's a tragedy for all of us.

YES; that is rightful American freedom,
defended from the foundation of this Republic.

The right to defend your life and property
is even MORE fundamental than your right to vote.
That is and was a NATURAL RIGHT, not granted by any hireling government.

From the time that Ike's forces landed on June 6, 1944 D-Day,
it only took 11 months for nazism to collapse.

From the tearing down of the Berlin Wall in November of 1989
it only took until Christmas of 1991 for the collapse of communist slavery.

Now 4 States have eradicated & repudiated gun control
(plus Vermont who never had it) = 5 States of freedom of self defense.
To those, we add 12 more States with legislation in the works
to get rid of gun control. Personal freedom is spreading,
restoring the status quo ante.

Your insults to the contrary notwithstanding,
my clients were extremely pleased with the results of my work in court
for them; but that 's off topic.

Someone just accused me of running away; I m usually innocent of doing that.
1 thing that I WILL do is continue to defend the immutable right
of every American citizen to defend his life & property,
regardless of liberal, politically correct, resistence thereto.
I did not begin this thread, but I have the freedom to post to it.

Be "ruder"; see how much I care.

Notice that I have not gone the ad hominem route.

Except Zimmerman's life, and Zimmerman's property were never in danger.

He was an aggressor, not a defender.

He hasn't gotten away with it, yet. It's just that he wasn't arrested on the spot like he should have been.

Yes. Instead of addressing the facts (which are that the kid was calling for help just before he was shot), you instead try to deflect the discussion.

Face it. Zimmerman chased down an innocent kid, accosted him, and shot him. If Zimmerman was ever in danger (which I doubt), he placed himself in that position and is responsible for the outcome.

The people who wrote the law in question state that Zimmerman should not be shielded from his actions.

And Zimmerman's actions completely contradict your stance that everyone should be armed all the time; clearly some people cannot handle the responsibility of carrying firearms.
