Ah don't consider too long.

I, intrepid soul that I am, had my haircut on a whim. Much more dramitic that way.

Acutally, I looked at myself while in an elevator with 4 glass walls, and could not believe I hadn't been picked up by the fashion police.

I just drank buttermilk.

I'll be paying for that later.

Making yet another ricotta torte, this one with eggs, jack cheese w/jalapeno, green beans, collard greens, onions, garlic, and homemade pork sausage. I'd start another boring thread on it but I think I have a spinach torte thread already. Yawn.

Both of my sons were traveling by train thru Germany during their 2 weeks off from work. They were visiting cousins who live in different towns. One of my sons missed a scheduled meeting with a cousin because he spent New Year's Eve in a different city with a girl he met on the train.

I was doing some random research and found the exact fabric that one of my favorite chairs is covered in. Might not be that exciting except that a) I love the fabric, b) I bought the chair about 15 years ago, from IKEA, which discontinued that fabric option maybe one or two years after we got it. (The fabric is available at Ethan Allen of all places.)

I'm amazed, frankly. Definitely press-stopping.

I lopped off a few inches of hair a few days ago. Feel nekkid. But too long is too long. I was getting exhausted from the washing and drying.

Sigh.

If my grandmother is watching over me, she's making faces and funny noises. She didn't like for me to cut my hair. Gimme a break, Grandma.

I hennaed my hair last night. I thought it would cover the grays.. I didn't. So, I've come to the conclusion, the three noticeable gray hairs protruding from the top of my forehead are in collusion, and soon I'll have a swipe of them, hope I don't look like a skunk...

We are eating Hamburger Helper tonight. I just posted it on what's for dinner. It's an epic event. So I am spreading the news. And - I have a solo cup full of Mad Housewife white zinfandel. I am on fi-yar.
