Sure...it balances the nuances in the beef sauce quite well. Though most would probably go with a red...I feel the fruity notes in the -

I was watching tee vee last night, and for some reason became facinated with how many people let their ears show, and how many not.

Most men if there hair is cut at all, have their ears showing.

It seemed more than 50% of the women do too.

However, that was my impression from watching that particular NCIS.

My ears btw, are covered.
