@hawkeye10,
Most of his recipes are available on line, the pizza one certainly is. I'm more pissed off with his Mockney persona more than anything else.

@hawkeye10,
Comedian Mark Lamarr once described him as our 'special needs chef.' I take a lot of what he says with a pinch of salt, but he makes good points now and again.

@hawkeye10,
That's frightfully sweet of you to say so, you've been known to make the odd salient point yourself.

@izzythepush,
I clicked on that recipe, Iz - and I'm fairly long time pizza maker. I like semolina bread m'self, and will try the mix.

Another one to look up is Nancy Silverton's - sorry, no link. I don't dislike Oliver re smarts, but she predates him and is still going very strong.

I'll have to halve Oliver's recipe though, otherwise I'd need to buy more storage appliances.

@samyboy27,
Samy - go to Preferences at the bottom of the page and click on some phrase like
Enable Quote Button.

Alternately, if you just want to quote one sentence, just do a cut and paste.

I halved it, and there was more than enough for all of us.

@izzythepush,
I already have dough in my freezer and biga (starter). The freezer is not very big. I'd probably need to fourth his recipe. Eh, I play.

@ossobuco,
I always find dough seems to do a lot better after its been frozen.

@ossobuco,
I find that the whole recipe is enough for two large loaves, (breadwise), so I half it, and put a quarter in the fridge, and the other quarter does two pizzas and a garlic bread. I also found that strong white flour works better than oo flour no matter what Mr. Oliver says.

Oh, Hi Gracie, glad you like the insult.
