Matt Groening has an obsession with Lisa...I think it is because he particularly may like Buddhism, or Taoism...Because He "she" talks about it all the time, and he indirectly makes fun of Christianity all the time...I remember, seeing a show, where what looked like John the Baptist, was holding his head in his hands...(John the Baptist had his head cut off...According to the Bible) and there Church, seems to be Christian, and he makes it look like Flanders is a Dult...and the reverend, Lovejoy...Is not empathetic at all! But it is not nearly as bad as Family guy is, Where nothing beneficial is being said ever...Some of the **** is funny, Because it is so ridiculous...But nothing beneficial is being done or said, and Family Guy, basically just used the Simpsons Script, and put spins on them here and there....

Yes I know! That is why I said, I personally think this is much better indeed! Go back and reread it carefully...I may have made it confusing, by putting the other post in there....

That clip I linked, is one of the funniest things I have ever seen! watch it when you get volume!

And Moe is my favorite Ultimate character...Then Homer...Peter is up their...But they just copied off of Homer...and made him more extreme...They get a C+. B- for doing that...

Wow, you know I have to say I didn't catch most of that, the times I watched it.. I caught the evil side, about to kill puppies for fur, until Lisa and Bart found a way to stop it, that type of thing but never, realised there was Religion chucked in there.

I'll keep an eye in future. Never watched Family Guy so I can't comment.

Oh yeah! He "she" Lisa, talks about principals of Buddhism all the time...and She makes mention of Lao-Tzu...and the Tao de Ching...Which is the God, or leader of Taosim (pronounced dowism) , and his scripture was called the Tao (dow) de Ching....

Watch a show, and watch how they portray Flanders, the reverend, and what both of them act like!

It is not extreme, so I just brush what they say off...Because I do not feel that Buddhism, or Taoism, is the answer myself! And can deal with a little joke here and there...

It is a show like the Simpsons...Only much more graphic, and extreme...the scripts are a lot alike, but with spins on it...Peter is very stupid, to the point where it is not even funny at some of the **** he does...Because someone that dumb would not even know reality...Seth Macfarlene, is the creator, and is probably an atheist...

The show to me, is so desensitizing...with how extreme it is...It is not even funny, or worth watching...I remember seeing shows from season one, that were hilarious...I watch them now, and they are not funny at all...and his shows are more and more extreme to get laughs, to me saying it will not stand, and fade like south park did...

The thing that pisses me off...Is in almost every episode, he makes fun of God, or of Jesus Christ...

And this show is extreme, so the **** that is said and done is really fucked up!

Go to youtube, and look for an episode, or a clip...

You may think it is funny at first...But if you follow it, you will see what I mean by desensitizing...

Find a clip about them making fun of God, or Jesus, and you will see what I mean...

Does every thing need an explanation or can you use your own mind at times and ask questions when needed?
I am not sure what to expect from all of you, that is one of the reasons I do it. When I study the brain I run into all sorts of different things and illusions and holograms was on the menu for today.
Just because you may find something odd does not mean all others will. there has been 14,277,993 views on that one YouTube video and many people from around the world have paid money to see that performance.

Here is the thing, I will explain it for you...

It is not odd, that there are people who speak of the things you post on youtube...although some seem to be odd..It is not odd that you even post them...this is what makes it odd...we will be talking about something, and you will link a youtube video...Of lets say, the guy who forces his girlfriend to shave her arms...It is not strange that some guy does that, it is not strange that you post this guy doing that...although some may see it to be strange...it is strange, when you ask me in the middle of a conversation, if she has hairy arms, and then post a video of a guy forcing a girl to shave her arms because he is insecure...as If you automatically assume I do those things, or think that way..because another does..When those video's are highly in the minority, not majority...

Those videos depict people in the minority, not majority..Do you agree?? I feel they are...

So it is odd for you to come out and post a video depicting that, in reference to what we are talking about, and then not explain why??

I hope you understand what I mean, because I mean it in the nicest way possible...

I do not understand how you do not realize this, after many have told you so...

Posters on youtube, are minorities, with some beneficial, some obscure, and no relevance...

When you quickly link a minority position to back up an opinion...As if assuming all feel the way the minority does...and do not explain why...Is when it becomes odd....

Going back to the picture, I don't think it's intended to mock Jesus. I think it's a really bad artist doing an illustration for a religious book of some sort. You don't see how bad it is until you blow up Jesus' face. It's that which made me laugh, not any sense of mockery. It's only funny if it's meant to be genuine.

It is like watching America's funniest home videos...And watching people do stupid things...It is not funny that they could be hurt, or damage a table they are dancing on or something like that...It is funny in the moment because it makes you laugh...I know you were being genuine! Wink

So, it was a gag? Seems a little twisted to present that to kids, no? If it was for the reason to say that Jesus could have been sick (handicapped) or something to kids, for a moral lesson, I get it...If it is to make Jesus look silly to kids...That seems a bit twisted....

And, if it is not intended for adults to understand, I do not get why a person would do that, unless he is trying to mock Jesus, and get kids to think of Jesus, as a ridiculous Idea, at a young age??

No, it's a bad illustration, Jesus wasn't meant to look bad, the face is too small. It's just a bad artist whose failings come out when it's examined more thoroughly.

You're going to just have to wait and see.
