Clinton, Spitzer, and Weiner all could lead this country to the heights of greatness, yet they chose cheap thrill over their duties), but pictures of Weiner's wiener were where they should not have been, David Vitter's wiener was actually in places it shouldn't have been!!!!

Maybe it coud be possible that
he was,
but the question that everyone is excited about is whether we can
believe his future representations
or whether he is a non-viable candidate for future public office
who will drag down his fellow leftist Demos.
Incidentally:
addressing your speculation,
about 50 years ago, I knew a kid in hi school who shared his name,
spelled the same way. He was a member of a conservative club that I founded.
We met in my house.
No one
ever kidded him about his name (except his first name), but no phallic (fallic) references.
So far as I know, no one even
thought of that; we argued other issues.
We cared about
libertarian, Individualist ideology and promoting it.
