Deb has strong views on that front.

But those two pussy cats.
What a life they have!
They most likely can't believe their luck! Smile

I believe they feel very deprived. Hmmmm....Viola can go for a walk again. her eye seems better. Sebastian is panting at the leash.

Chasing bugs and butterflies. No torture.

Excellent.
A fair superior video game to those I see kids using.
Machine guns, splattered blood everywhere, scoring by killing the enemy, notching up the death tally to see who wins ...
They really love this stuff.
Sigh.
Cat games sound far more civilized by comparision.

You'll have to post some photographs of Viola & Sebastian at it, Deb.

But Poppy has access to outside all the time, no? She has reality as a toy.

Yes, she comes & goes through her cat door & various open windows.
I think she thinks she has quite an exciting life. Smile

@msolga,
My little ones love the taste of reality. Poor little things....the whole inside vs outside cat thing is a pain. Watching them enjoy the smells and sights and feel of outside is lovely.

@dlowan,
Goddam woollies outdid themselves today.

I was waiting desperately for call from air-conditioning people.

Checked phone after a while to see that woollies had stopped from phone from working by moving the receiver enough to block connection. By the time I saw it, the repair guy had been and gone.......but only a couple of minutes before!!!

The good news is he came back a few hours later. I can't imagine how long it would have taken to re-book.

Near woolly defenestration.

@dlowan,
you should get them their own i-phone so they will leave your land line alone...

@dlowan,
Off to day surgery again tomorrow. Wish me well if you will. It sounds like something that should happen to a plant...rhizolysis.

Viola has discovered that the balcony is a never-ending source of goddamn leaves and bits of grass to bring into the house. She's a collector.

@dlowan,
Surgery! Tomorrow!

Spine surgery?!

You keep throwing in these little asides that are not actually so little.

I will definitely wish you well.

How long will you be in the hospital? Do you have a means to communicate when you're there? (iPad?)

@sozobe,
It's only day surgery! This is the follow up to the previous diagnostic procedure....the one where they kill a tiny bit of the right cervical medial nerve.

I'll have the iPad. I mean, assuming they don't paralyse me or something (hollow laughter) I'll be home late that afternoon being babysat.

It's surgery, I guess, and it's near my spine.....

@dlowan,
Hooray for the babysat part.

I'm assuming it's not the woollies who will be doing the babysitting. That would not be good.

I'm not gonna wish you well because well ain't good enough. If somebody's messing around surgically with my bunny, they damn well better do better than well.

I'll be thinking about you and hoping for a better than good outcome.

So it's proably around 6:30 am tomorrow there lyour time, now. So the procedure must have been yesterday. Howya feelin', Deb? Hope your sleep has been deep and full of pleasant dreams, and most of all painless. Check in with us when the woolies slobber all over you to wake you up, which actually I guess is probably happening right about now.
