@dlowan,
Damn and dirtier words. There is surely a way to find out and get a translation of what happened.

Waiting to know.

Worrying and muttering with you.

@Roberta,
I'm starting to fantasize about ways to slow these kittens down.....and stop them climbing.

At the moment I am thinking of double gravity bootees......so it takes them twice the effort to move....and they don't make as much noise.

I cant figure out if it would hinder climbing. Or double the damage.

That being said, kittens are currently being delightful. They love my nonworking days, if ican stay in bed for a bit. We have much snuggleage and purr age and peaceful kittenage.

@dlowan,
How big is Lester? at nine months, he is the largest cat in the house already and he seems to just be starting to grow into his legs - they are sooooooo long - it seems to me (hard to tell as he's not much of a standing around casually cat) is that his legs are longer than the other cats are tall

that herd of animals is totally worth getting hopped up on allergy pills for Very Happy

@dlowan,
You ain't sticking gravity boots on those babies. They're supposed to climb.

I have a feeling that in the cat motherhood department, I was a lot easier going than you. A bit of a shock. I'm usually not easier going than anyone or anything.

@dlowan,
Ah yes, I'm that way too. Calm exterior, with the hamsters running full-tilt boogie underneath.

Hope babies and mama slept peacefully after HarryPotter.

@mags314772,
Kittens smashed mummy's tasteful and beloved tiki tissue box holder.

Strata fees to remain the same, as apparently not enough has been saved up for lifts.

Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr

Worse news.....one of the owners is suing because she believes her property is over valued and she is paying too much. If she wins, we will have to pay for a general re evaluation and some may have to pay a lot in back fees.....if their properties have been under valued. I guess others might get some money back. This means there may be another enormous levy at any time and any potential buyers need to be warned of that. I suppose the legal fees have been coming out of the fees we pay?

So, definitely stuck.....no property is going to be attractive with ridiculous fees PLUS the real possibility of another major levy.

So....I am sticking with refinance plan to make debt manageable, will put everything I can into mortgage and wait for all this to end.

I suppose the only good is that the fees didn't go up.

Mummy's lovely and tasteful tissue box cover.

I hate kittens:

I think I'm happy about the strata fees. Not happy about all that other landlordy stuff.

Viola can wake up however she wants. Clearly she's an energitic goil.

Sorry to hear about the tiki tissue box. What a loss.

@Roberta,
strata fees BAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAD.

Would like to sell but fees and now news of likely new levy devalue property so much it is unwise to do so.

@dlowan,
So it's bad that the strata fees stay the same because of other stuff connected with them.

It must be clear by now that I'm lost in this real estate world.

@Roberta,
they are too high....it puts people off buying...now i would also need to tell a prospective buyer that they may have to pay an unknown sum because of a court case that is happening.

it's like your cable rental is twicweas high as you can buy elsewhere for the same cable service...and they're likely to demand you pay them a big extra lump sum.

would you buy cable from that company?
