'Difference of experience I guess--
I grew up in the deep south in the pre segregation days (until high school), when Strom Thurmond and Bob Jones were Democrats and my family were Republicans.
When I went to grade school, several of my best friends went to a different school.
There were two words never used among friends unless you wanted to start a fight--'that' is one of them.
That experience allows me to consider words as being the most important attribute of a politician. Cain screams intolerance of religion, and government invasion of the bedroom is OK because 'it's a choice'.
His economics is old style 'supply side' which sounds good but over the last 30 years has been demonstrated to be fallacious.
