no thanks. you can keep that humidity.
65% is nothing, and there's wind.
aw, but our thermometer should be pushing up over 30 F today, so I can dispense with the jacket and gloves. good times.
Brrrrr, we're at 35F here this morning. There was frost on the windshield. Partly clear though... no rain. We did a bunch of yard work this weekend. I finally moved some of the crocuses which were in the middle of the yard & always got trampled just as they started to bloom. The hellebore has a bunch of flowers & the daffodils are showing color; everything is budding out. We had to do a lot of pruning before it was too late.
You Washingtonians and your flowers...
It's warmer now, but foggy, and the air stinks around here. Often happens in the winter when the winds die down. Stagnant, unhealthy air. Ugh...
About 25C, heading for a top of 30C.
85% humidity (yesterday it was 90%!!!).

You just love to rub it in, don't you ;-)
And you too Mr. Still ;-)
Ah, love it. low 20s, stiff breeze. Walk for about an hour through the deserted town with good music in my ears, watching my breath obscure the christmas lights (still up). Stop into the market for some sourdough, basil, roma toms, raw milk sharp cheddar. Back into the bright, sharp, black night. Good stuff.
You can keep your mosquitoes...
Don't look at me with that innocent owl face, lol!

Right, it's not like Madison ever has any mosquitoes. <coff>
Actually, there were, like, none this summer. There was the Japanese beetle infestation, and they do bite, but no mozzies this year for some reason. At least, not by late August.
Anyway, why would a town surrounded by lakes and marsh have mosquito problems? What a strange statement...
Weird.
They have all this cutting-edge mosquito abatement stuff coming out of the Ag school (hey are you one of 'em now?), maybe they hit on something that worked. (They hadn't yet when I lived there.)
