Trump lost another lawsuit. I wonder if he ever gets tired of being a loser. Trump was suing the British company that said that the Russian were helping Trump’s campaign. Trump’s case was thrown out of court because the statute of limitations had run out. Trump had waited 7 years to file suit which was beyond the time limit. It looks like if Trump had a decent lawyer the lawyer would have known what the statute of limitations before the suit filed.

Trump always bragged that he was rich and could fund his own campaign, but he has raised more money from other people than any president ever has. During Trump’s first campaign he was told that he was going to have to write check for a $100 million to fund his campaign he had a fit. Now Trump was just given a $60 million “refund” from one of his political action committees. Who ever heard of anyone getting a refund from their PAC? Only Trump. All of the millions he that raised from campaign contributions must be a tremendous temptation for a conman. They will still be investigating what Trump did with his campaign contributions twenty years after his death.

Any time several different extremist groups come together and start sharing conspiracy theories it will make all the groups more dangerous. This group may come to rival the KKK in political power and violence. The late senator, Robert Byrd, from WV was a KKK member. In order to get elected when he started his political career you had to be a member of the KKK. That is how politically powerful KKK was at one time. There is a perfect storm coming to give birth to this group. The internet that provides the communications that the KKK could only dream of and Trump provides the hate and gives the movement direction and targets.

The republican Justices claim to be strict constructionists in other words their ruling has to be based on the constitution there are no other considerations, but it was clear from their remarks that they were going to decide this based on political considerations. Their remarks made it clear that political unrest would be a consideration. They know that they will be threatened by the Trump thugs and that their families will also be threatened. The longer Trump is able to intimidate people and get away with it the worse America will get. The supreme court should decide the Trump case based on the constitution and no other considerations. It has already been determined by at least two courts of law that Trump engaged in an insurrection. It is crystal clear by the constitution that Trump cannot run for any office let alone president.

You don’t throw allies to wolves because they won’t do what they tell them.

If Mayorkas should be impeached so should all the house republicans that voted to defeat the border bill. It seems like they have a double standard when it comes to border. It looks like the republicans would do everything in their power to close the border instead of doing something positive that was well within their power to close the border they opted for a show trial. There is absolutely no chance that Mayorkas will be convicted in the senate because a 2/3 majority is required to convict. Why waste the taxpayer’s money? For republicans it will be big political theater but it will not attract the attention Trump’s impeachment did but it is the republicans who killed the bill to close the border. This will blow up big time in the republican’s faces once the American public realizes that the border would have already been closed but the republicans stopped it.

Can you imagine what Trump’s second term will be like if he gets away with all the crimes he has committed. Trump would now commit many more crimes and more serious crimes because he will pardon himself from not only his current crimes but any crimes he might commit in the future. The law has to apply to everyone.

His lawyers, and he changes them often, try to take both sides of an argument in the Washington trial. First Trump’s lawyer complained there was not enough time for discovery and even though they were allotted 7 months by the judge. Now they are arguing there was too much discovery.

There was a carrot and stick approach if you told the truth, you would make an enemy out of just not Trump but MAGA movement. It is evident that most of the republican congressmen had a choice to make between the truth and Trump’s lies. On the other hand, Liz Cheney called Trump on his lies and her republican colleagues voted her out of her leadership position. The person telling the truth was punished while they kissed the ass of the one telling the lies. The republican party is upside down.

When Trump’s casinos and airline went bankrupt the impact on the American banking system was severe. Trump is an idiot, when you go into business against yourself you are bound to lose only an idiot would build three casinos in the same town. If you wanted to own three casinos you should build them in different towns. Trump’s daddy tried to bail Trump out by buying a huge amount of chips, but it didn’t work.

One of the best predictors of whether someone will be senile is if they have close relatives that became senile in their old age and Trump’s dad became so senile that he would show up for dinner with no pants and ask what time dinner was. In few minutes he would return and ask again. Can you imagine someone like that as president. When you can’t even talk without slurring your speech you are on fast train headed for a nursing home.

Nobody wants to stop driving and admit they should not be on the road but there comes a time when you have no business on the road. I am approaching the time my dad had his keys taken away and I hope I have the sense to give mine up when my time comes.

Trump’s legal fees are just getting started he has just seen the tip of the ice burg. On top of that a new poll today shows Trump trailing 45 to 49 in the race for president. Trump has been known to hire people to fix poll results in the past.

Trump said that they are not my people they are “Antifa.” Why in the world would Antifa want to keep Trump in power? All of the members of the House of representatives were scared to death with the blood thirsty mob breaking into the capitol and Trump absolutely loved it.

All of the worst animal violence in a human being is always waiting in the wings for somebody to unleash it Trump did it on Jan 6th and now he claims they are just political hostages.

Fox news could not have existed under the Fairness Doctrine which was the law that governed news shows. People tend to put all news organizations into one basket. My son-in-law and his whole family are addicted to Fox News. When I pointed out to my daughter that Fox News was fined nearly a billion for telling lies on air, she said all news organization tell lies. I remember news anchors on mainstream media losing their job for telling one insignificant lie, a personal recollection about flying into Bagdad under fire. He was fired. Mike Wallace lost his job over a story about George H W Bush and his time in the National Guard. While Fox News fired their employee for telling the truth that Biden won Arizona. Trump demanded he be fired for telling the truth.

Fox News benefited from the good will and reputation of the mainstream media had earned over 50 years. This made lying to the public easy. Fox News could lie under the cover of the reputation that other news media had earned. You reap what sew and the radical right has been sewing a lot of self-serving lies.

One of the most interesting things that congressional investigation into Jan 6th found was that Trump and his allies had planned before the election how they were going to try and overturn the election if they lost the election. Trump, the republican, and Fox News have done their best to bring that to America so many Americans now believe that there is no truth just their truth and your truth and that they are both equally true. Truth can’t work that way something is either true or it is not. Truth is not muti-dimensional where you can just choose a side. Everyone should be able to agree on what is true, the facts, they can choose how the facts may affect things, but they must agree on facts.

The price per sq ft in seven of Trump’s condominiums has fallen by 23% between 2013-2023.In Trump tower the price per square ft of condominiums has fallen by 49%. What happens to bank loans when the price of Trump’s properties collapse? Trump knew when he applied for those loans that he was lying about the value of his properties.
