I noted last week that Florida Governor, Ron DeSantis, was flying all over the state pushing monoclonal antibody treatments given at Regeneron clinics. I wondered last week why he would push Regeneron so hard when he has made every effort to kill any and all effective precautions against the Trump virus and I figured he might own stock in Regeneron. I was wrong it was actually one of his biggest political donors, who has given DeSantis millions in campaign contributions, who had recently purchased $15.9 million dollars of Regeneron stock. The hedge fund, owned by the DeSantis’ donor stands to make millions and reward DeSantis with millions more in campaign contributions, running for president is hugely expansive.

DeSantis was outraged that the reporter made the public aware of this. An angry mob went after the reporter and he started getting death threats. An angry mob sounds awfully familiar to try and get someone’s way, DeSantis is more like Trump. Do you think DeSantis believes in freedom of the press? DeSantis says, revealing this story will cost lives, but he is only concerned about the lives that can contribute to his donor making a huge profit. What about the 42,252 people that have died in Florida from the Trump virus? DeSantis says it was a partisan hit job and a conspiracy theory. They say follow the money and it looks like the Yellow Brick Road in this case. Is there a Regeneron clinic near you? Most likely not unless you live in Florida.

The judge referred the case to their state bar associations so they can be disbarred. The judge also ordered the Crazy Sidney and Wood to “attend classes on ethical and legal requirements for filing legal claims.”

Dr Atlas was a radiologist and had no problem telling the task force infectious disease specialists that he knew far more than they did and bought numerous studies by quacks to prove it. It didn’t matter Trump ignored the task force’s recommendations and followed the radiologist’s recommendations. Atlas then bought three other doctors, one of them was Jay Bhattacharya, who is DeSantis expert witness in the lawsuit.

Anyone who does not believe in masks should have open heart surgery by a doctor who is not wearing a mask, with your chest wide open what do you think would happen when the doctor coughs? While we are at it, why not let everybody else in the operating room exercise the same freedom? There would be many more deaths but their freedom is much more important than your life. Medical masks are a proven technology for well over a 100-years.

What is evident is that the republicans believe that the germ theory of disease is just another conspiracy theory. One thing about it, you can lead people to the truth, but you can’t make them believe it. In the late 1800s people believed disease was caused by evil spirits or foul odors. With the advent of strong microscopes; it gave them a peek into a world of microorganism that could not be seen with the naked eye. Soon scientists could show that people with the same disease had the same type microorganisms. In London a study found that more women died from childbirth in a hospital then died when a midwife delivered them at home. They found that doctors taught medical students and handled cadavers without washing their hands. The doctors carried infections to the new mothers who died. Teaching doctors to wash their hands before examining patients was like teaching republicans to protect themselves by wearing a mask.

The doctors could not see the microorganisms anymore than yon can see the millions of microorganisms coming your direction when someone breaths or coughs in your direction. It took years before washing their hands became standard practice for doctors. It like most things it changes one funeral at time. In this case 650,000 funerals did not change the republican’s minds.

The good doctor told his followers that they could take the ivermectin instead of taking the Covid vaccine. This would be a huge face saver for those on the right they would not be humiliated by having to eat their words and take the vaccine. Health officials, who are not psychiatrist, warned against its usage. You can imagine what a strong drug would be needed to kill worms in a horse or cow. It is like the snake oil salesman’s wagon came to town and he knows people will buy anything if he tells them, if he tells them it will cure the Trump virus.

The attorney general, Merrick Garland, has said that he does not think that Trump should be prosecuted for the insurrection and that has emboldened all the Trump mini-mes to start planning the next insurrection. To prosecute all of the people who did Trump’s bidding and let him off scot-free makes the next insurrection a certainty because the people that will motivate the next insurrection will not be at the insurrection, they will be like Trump and watch it on TV.

Unfortunately, it is case of pay me now or pay me later. If we don’t deal with Trump now, we will pay a much higher price during the next election. One of those who attended Trump’s speech on Jan 6 and said he did not go on to capitol said today that he will take twenty good men to the school board and if the members don’t step down, they will remove them by force. He is an anti-masker. It is clear the right wants to eliminate our democracy and rule by force. The sooner we deal with this the less the cost in lives.

Now DeSantis has changed the way deaths are reported in Florida. The deaths in most states are reported by the hospitals when the death actually occurs. Now DeSantis will only count deaths after a death certificate has been issued which may take a few weeks. This will make it looks like the number of deaths is going down when they are actually going up in Florida.

In Georgia they had to close a vaccination site because of threats and bullying. The red neck right believes in freedom, the freedom to keep their fellow citizens from getting vaccinated. It looks like we need to send a veterinarian to Georgia to distribute horse worming medicine to all the red necks so they will let the people alone who are interested in not dying from the Trump virus.

This is a Nazi type system where your friends are asked to rat you out.

The timing of the new abortion law comes at the very time the governor of Texas, Greg Abbott, is beating his chest and claiming to be champion of freedom when it comes to masks and vaccine. The American Taliban has been pushing to stop abortion in America ever since the supreme court ruled that abortion was a constitutional right. The republicans are mixing religion and politics just as the Taliban does in Afghanistan. One of the most important provisions of the constitution is the separation of church state. The Christian right is becoming a political party with an agenda of imposing their religion on the country. If they don’t put the genie back in the bottle now, we are going to be the next Afghanistan.

Our government was built on the principal that individuals should have the maximum amount of freedom, religion is based on the concept there is no freedom. When all these preachers start ordering their congregations to vote the way they tell them from the pulpit they are violating the separation of church and state provision. The preachers tell their cult members that whoever is running for president as a democrat is the “antichrist” in the next election it is the democratic candidate. It works and is extremely effective, 80% of the Christian cult voted for Trump. It is a huge block of votes. They expect to be paid back so they can control others. It working.

QAnon believers think that shape shifting lizard people are taking over the earth and that Trump is a time traveler here to stop the lizard people. Buckey Wolfe killed his brother James in Seattle because he believed he was lizard. He stabbed him in the head with a four foot sword.

Something like 250 QAnon believers ran for public office in 2020 and several got elected. It is like insanity is on the ballot and many people are voting for insanity. The shape shifting lizard people are taken directly from a science fiction book and made a reality by QAnon. Now the American government has listed QAnon as a domestic terrorist organization. Electing Marjorie Taylor Greene to congress was like electing Osama bin Laden to congress and the American Taliban (Republican Party) is the party running the terrorists for office and providing them with the money to get elected.
