You did not read many of the books written by republicans who worked in the White House or you would know that to be a fact. Trump was a senile old man and they knew how to manipulate the old fool.

The republican’s senators are absolutely livid that the truth about the results of their $10 trillion tax cut came out. After Trump’s $10 trillion tax cut IRS records show that 25 billionaires in America are paying little or no income taxes. What has the republicans so livid is not that 25 billionaires are not paying a penny in taxes, what they are so upset about is the information was released to the public when a tax debate is coming. It seems the time has come to debate Biden plan to raise taxes on the ungodly greedy. Now that the public has found that Elon Musk and Jeff Bezos are paying less income tax than the janitor at a school it is hard for the republicans to justify their mega tax cuts for the ungodly greedy.

At one time we had an Alternative Minimum Tax, AMT, that ensured that the ungodly greedy paid some income tax even if they had mega deductions, they would have to pay some income tax and could not get by with paying nothing. The middle class pays a much higher percentage in taxes than the ungodly greedy or the poor. At one time we had a progressive tax system but the ungodly greedy bribed the law makers and now we have a very regressive tax system. Under Biden we have a chance to correct the tax system but the ungodly greedy will pull out all the stops to buy the politicians.

Joe Manchin showed how easily a politician can be bought. Manchin was supporting the voting law that would stop all the Jim Crow laws be passed by the states to keep the blacks from voting but as soon as he was given a large payoff by a pro-business group that had not given him a cent in ten years, he starts writing Op Eds against the voting bill.

Both attorney generals were involved, Jeff Sessions and William Barr.

Trump needed to look much closer to home as most of the leaks were coming from White House employees. A gag order was placed on Apple to keep them from notifying their customers that a subpoena had been executed to obtain their phone and email records. The gag orders were renewed three times. Without any evidence of leaks Trump administration should not have been able to obtain the subpoenas. Trump was creating a police state. The subpoenas gave them access to all kinds of personal information in order to control congressmen. How different it was when Trump thought he was being spied on but he had no problem spying on others.

Is Trump the new Nixon and are we witnessing the break in of the Watergate Hotel again? Times change yet motives remain the same. The difference was that Nixon dispatched the Watergate burglars to break in to the Watergate Hotel to get information about his political enemies. Trump cut out the middle man, the Watergate burglars, instead he dispatched the Justice Department to get the information on his political enemies. If it was wrong for Nixon, it is just as wrong for Trump.

In view of the Trump’s insurrection this latest discovery seems relative mild but the corruption of the Justice Department is important. This gave Trump the power of the Watergate burglars to gather information not only about the congressmen but their employees and children. On crime shows you will often see that judges refuses to give a warrant to police for a strong suspect because the judge believes they don’t have enough information to get a warrant, but in this case a “special” group of judges approved the warrants with little to no information to justify the warrants. If the judges violated their oath, they should be removed.

Global warming? Not a chance according Jones the changes in our weather are caused by weather weapons used by our government. Jones is quoted as saying “We had flash floods in Texas that killed thirty some people in one night. Turns out it was the Air Force.

Jones will admit to the existence of “natural” tornados but insisted the May 2013 tornado that killed two dozen people and injured 200 may have been orchestrated by the government which he said “can be create and steer groups of tornadoes.”

“One of Jones’ most notorious conspiracy theories is that the government is using chemicals in order to turn people gay, using a mysterious “gay bomb” devised by the Pentagon.”

When we let people like Jones get a following it is bound to end badly. It seems mental illness may be caught by some people.

I have lived long enough that I can remember when drugs were not the huge problem they are today. In the 50s drugs were not a big problem. The CIA started giving the drug to mental patients, prisoners and finally the LSD were given to college students. The college students were paid $14 to take the LSD and be observed. Prisoners were given “good time” to take LSD. Whitey Bulger, a crime boss, took over 250 doses of LSD in prison. LSD was also given at CIA parties. Next the rich began using LSD at their parties. It looks like we lost drug war long before we knew we were in a war. “We have met enemy and the enemy is us.”

Joe Manchin is a trans-politician he can’t decide whether he is a democrat or a republican. Manchin was elected governor of WV at a time he could not have been elected as a republican. WV was a very democrat state at the time. The legislature had not had a republican majority in a 100-years. If you were a republican and you wanted to get elected you simply ran as a democrat. Manchin was one of the few democrats to take a stand against freedom, and take a position against abortion. Those that supported him said he could bring business and labor together. Labors died in coal mine accidents while the coal operators thumbed their noses at safety regulations.

I never trusted Manchin but now he finds himself in a very powerful position. Manchin vote for or against a bill can make the difference whether a bill passes or fails so he is being courted by big political donors on both sides. Manchin came out in favor of the voting law before congress that will prevent the Jim Crow voting laws passed by the state legislatures from becoming law. Manchin was given a huge political contribution made to Manchin by a right-wing group and Manchin changes his mind and writes an op-ed against the law. Manchin might as well hang a sign up on his office door “bribes gladly accepted here” a political contribution is a bribe just as gifts to kings of old were bribes.

WV is now as republican as it was democrat so it won’t surprise me if Manchin suddenly decides to switch his political affiliation and that will changes the majority in the senate to republican but I am sure Manchin will benefit finically either way.

The Proud Boys have found out what other people have found out you don’t want to deal with a conman. The Proud Boys were communicating on “Telegram” and encrypted site. Encryptions are hard to break but if the FBI gets your phone, they don’t need to break the encryption. The FBI now has a view into the inner workings and conflicted views of the Proud Boys. Ethan Nordean, the Sargent of Arms of the Seattle chapter led his chapter during the insurrection. Nordean now says he is no longer a supporter of Trump and is sorry he ever went to a Trump rally.

Nordean is in jail and has been since shortly after the insurrection except for a brief period before he was jailed again because he is considered too dangerous to be in the streets. Nordean says, he understands they took some risks they should not have taken. We done things we shouldn’t have done. You think? Nordean believed he was fighting for some secret plan that did not come to fruition and did not agree things went bad. A secret plan, that is interesting, there maybe more we don’t know yet or was that just the con the conman was selling.

The right-wing nuts tried to pass off the insurrection as a false flag operation, first it was Antifa, then the democrats, followed by black lives matter. Now the wing nuts have decided the insurrection was planned and incited by the FBI. Using court records that cited unindicted coconspirators they assumed they must be FBI agents. Another court record cited “a person 2” and the writer of the article in “Revolver News” decided that must also be an FBI agent but when the records were further checked it seems person 2 was the guy wife.

The purpose of the insurrection was to take control of the government to keep Trump in office. Why would the FBI want to overthrow the government to keep Trump in office? By now they know everything about the thugs that tried to overthrow the government. They know what they have written on the internet, what extremist groups they belong to and which political rallies they attended and all 550 thugs are 100% red neck right. Some of the republican congressmen actually had this piece of yellow journalism read into the congressional record.

Rule number one at Fox News is that is does not have to be true you just need to convince the audience that it is true. Tucker Carlson picked up the story and ran with it complete with a banner running on the bottom of the screen that said law enforcement involved in insurrection to back up the lie that the FBI was involved but we all know some police officers from a few towns were involved. Some police officers have very extreme view and they though Trump was on their side and would make a law that they could kill as many black people as they wanted without liability. Carlson was using misdirection to support his lie.

There was a time when a PAC, a Political Action Committee, was just that a committee to help a candidate get elected by buying advertising. But former Secretary of State, Mike Pompeo, has a totally different idea of what a PAC should be he named his PAC the CAVPAC a reference to his days in the US Cavalry. He is recruiting “pipehitters”’ one definition of pipehitters is a mafia enforcer or a street thug who is feared because of his prowess and enthusiasm for violence.

That is just a start the website gets far worse. They say history repeats itself and we are witnessing the rise neofascism in America. Pompeo’s website is clearly trying to recruit thugs to go to PTA meetings, bowling alleys, and workplace and try to intimidate people if they won’t support your neofascism. Neofascism is on the rise in America for one reason and that is Trump got away with trying to overthrow the government on Jan 6 and not one step has been taken to hold him accountable. Pompeo has presidential ambitions and is recruiting and army in case he loses the election. America is in the same place Germany was before the Nazis took over the government.

Georgia Secretary of State, Brad Raffensperger, has been censured by the Georgia republican party for telling the truth and saying Biden won the election in Georgia. The message from the Georgia republican party is clear always say the republican won the election, it does not matter who the voters voted for just say that Trump won. This censure was different than the senators who were censured for voting to impeach Trump, Raffensperger was censured for telling the truth, for not cheating.

Meanwhile, former vice president, Mike Pence, went to a Christian right conference and was heckled as a traitor. This tells you a lot about the values of the Christian right they are livid that Pence did not break the law to put the loser of the election in the White House. It looks like the law and order party is now against law and order. America is going through a very dangerous time, if people who follow the letter of the law are censured and the interest of a political party trump the law, then the fall of America is not far away. Things are upside down now, where the people that break the law become cult heroes and those who follow it become enemies of the people.

Sidney Powel has been called before the Federal Court in Michigan for a hearing on sanctioning her. Crazy Sidney pushed some of the most outrageous conspiracy theories about the 2020 election. She is being sued for billions for slandering the companies that made voting machines. She has defended her lies by saying no reasonable person would believe such lies. Therein lies the problem, reasonable people are in short supply in America today. Fox News ran Powel’s conspiracy theories 24-7 but did they give the same amount of broadcast time to her court testimony that no reasonable person would believe her conspiracy theories?

The fact is little to no attention was paid to Powel’s stating that no reasonable person would believe her conspiracy theories by the news media. Those on the right wanted to believe that super Trump could not be beat and it is never hard to push someone in the direction they want to go. Those on the left no longer care about what crazy Sidney has to say but at least one person was still interested, US District Judge Linda Parker and crazy Sidney has a date in her court. It is the court’s job to determine the truth and crazy Sidney is a stranger to the truth. I don’t know how severe the sanctions can be but let’s the judge throws the book at crazy Sidney.

I would agree agree that there are very few reasonable people in the republican party today.

Trump is again trying to stir things up. If the republican audit of the 2020 election in Arizona shows that Trump “won” the election. There is a 99.9% chances that if only republicans count the votes in Arizona they will find a way to disqualify enough of Biden's votes to make it look like Trump won. There seems to be a similar amount of energy mounting now on the rabid right as there was on Jan 6. Trump, for his part, is again going to do his best to stir up the rabid right. Trump is telling his followers that he does not understand how Biden can govern since he did not win the election.

Trump is good at stirring up his followers by making them think they were cheated. Nobody likes to be cheated and that stirs up a sense of righteous indignation. At that point people feel they have a right to try and right the wrong. This is strong emotion in most people and one of the reasons we have to have a government and police forces. When someone is cheated, they can turn to law enforcement or the courts to right the wrongs. I knew lawyer that was vacationing in Florida, he was at a mall with his son who was young. When he came out of the mall, he found that a teenager had robbed his son. He took the teenagers bike, threw in his trunk and came back to WV. Left to their own devices people are likely to take a disproportionate payback. Trump’s remedy if he believed he won the election was like everybody’s else, take it to court and he did that 60 times and lost. That should have ended it. Trump had his day in court and lost. Trump can’t win and he knows it but he can still do real damage to the country and the lives of his followers. We know that 550 of his followers are likely going to jail. That will ruin their lives, lost jobs, lost homes, along with divorces. But Trump has not got his pound of flesh yet.

Trump wanted the Justice Department to investigate Saturday Night Live. How do you investigate an entertainment program? If the Justice Department did investigate, what could they have been found guilty of? Making fun of Trump? Trump complained the show was one sided and only made fun of him and that should be illegal. But Trump strangely enough isn’t bothered by Fox News being one sided. Saturday Night Live is only on for one and a half hours a week while Fox News is on 24-7, 365 days a year. Saturday Night Live has only a tiny fraction of the air time Fox News has.

Trump is math impaired he believes that 74 million is more than 81 million. Trump only got 74,216,154 votes but lies and says he got 75 million votes. Trump claims he got more votes than any sitting president. Today it was revealed in the latest poll that Florida governor, Ron DeSantis is leading the poll for president in 2020 with Trump back in second place. It looks like Trump is going to finish second in the 2020 primary. He will claim DeSantis cheated if he loses.

A new book is being released June 29 about how Trump’s handling of the Trump virus made America so much worse than any other country in the world it is titled “Nightmare Scenario: Inside the Trump Administration Response to the Pandemic That Changed History.” So far only a few small portions of the book have been released to the press. Trump own advisors admitted that hundreds of thousands of deaths were caused by Trump’s interference in every level of government. Trump only had one concern about the pandemic and it was how it made him look. A narcistic always makes decision on how it will affect him.

America was the epicenter of the pandemic even though it didn’t start here. America had 25% of the cases of the Trump virus and 25% of the deaths caused from the Trump virus during the height of the pandemic but we only have 4% of the world’s population. We had 600% more cases and deaths than the average country. This could not happen by chance it happened because we had an idiot in the White House. It was like following general Custer into a slaughter. Trump did not want to let Americans from cruise ship Diamond Princes who had the disease back into the country because the numbers would make him look bad. A lower-level official who approved the decision to let them back into America was fired by Trump because the number of people with the Trump virus doubled with that decision.

The three defendants in the $1.3 billion defamation lawsuit filed by Dominion voting system tried to get the judge to dismiss the lawsuit. One of the defendants, president’s lawyer Rudy Giuliani, was stripped of his ability to practice law on Thursday. It is one thing to stand on the street corner and say I think the election was fixed but it is quite another to go to court and national TV and swear that you have proof that the voting machine companies conspired to fix the election and then have no proof to back your claims up. Even after 60 courts have ruled that you have no proof of your claims you continue to insist in the media that the election was fixed.

The worst possible thing that can happen to a voting machine companies is that people believe that the voting machine company is in the business of fixing elections. One of the other defendants, Mike Lindell, the My Pillow guy, has continued to push the election fixing tale to benefit his business by selling pillows to Trumpies. The case is being tried in DC and Lindell insist it should be tried in Minnesota.

Crazy Sydney is the third defendant and is using the defense that no reasonable person would believe a word she has to say. The defendant’s lawyers have come up with a number of reasons why the case should be dismissed but the judge seemed skeptical and will rule in writing on their motions. If there ever was a defamation suit that should be won, this is it because you can point to 60 million people who believe every word of it.

Trump wanted to use the insurrection act of 1804 to dispatch US military to handle the George Floyd protester across America. General Mark Milley, the pentagon’s top military commander, was ordered by Trump to “massacre those people in Portland, Oregon.” Milley did what others did in the Trump White House did, he ignored the senile old man. Trump said, “Crack their skulls,” “beat the f**K out of the civil rights protestors,” and on numerous occasions said “just shoot them.”

Trump went from wanting to invoke the 1804 insurrection act to starting an insurrection of his. You can bet Trump never called for the Jan 6 rioters to be shot or crack their skulls. It seems Trump was learning and the way to get what he wanted was to stage a riot. If you lost the presidential election by 7 million votes all you had to do was stage a riot and they could make you president even after you lost.

The only thing that saved things from being much worse during Trump’s term in office was that there were adults in the room and the adults ignored or countermanded Trump’s orders. We would have had our own Tiananmen Square if Trump had his way.

Crazy Sidney is at it again, she now says that state legislatures can simply recall their electors for fraud and that will undo the 2020 election and Trump will be reinstated as president. The only problem with her theory is there was no fraud in the first place and Crazy Sidney could not prove fraud anymore than she could prove election fraud in the many court cases she filed for Trump. Crazy Sidney is recruiting an army of crazies who “saw something.” These people will have seen all kinds of election fraud along with little green men and pink elephants and will swear to all of that. They of course may be so drunk they can’t find their butt with both hands like the witness they used in Michigan but it will constitute proof positive for the Trumpies.

Trump believes every wild conspiracy theory that Crazy Sidney can come up with and he actually believes he will be back in the White House in August. Trump will be parked outside the White House in August with moving vans with his furniture waiting for Biden to leave. He is going to have a long wait. Trump is in Ohio tonight on his revenge tour going after one of the congressman who voted to impeach him. Trump is campaigning for his opponent who was a member of Trump’s administration. Trump has accused the Wisconsin republican legislature of being in on the election fraud and so they have decided to audit their election results and hired a former republican state supreme court judge to do the audit, no doubt hand-picked by Trump himself.
