I had run across some of the things the CIA had done in America in other sources, like experimenting with germ warfare agents and placing them in a broken light in the New York subway to see how far they would spread. Putting LSD in the coffee of a military unit to see if they could make soldiers without fear. Only one soldier did not drink the coffee imagine what he thought was going on but this is the first time that I found out that they imported people that would have otherwise been executed for war crime and gave them good jobs in America so they could continue their work here.

The supreme court heard a case against a California law that requires political “non-profits” to divulge the names of their donors to the state of California by law. The conservative justices are leaning to do away with the law. The supreme court ruled that the money of the ungodly greedy is free speech. If money is free speech, then the public should at least be entitled to know who is doing the speaking.

It seems the big donors are complaining that people might take action against them or their businesses if they knew they were the ones funding these rabid right causes. If these radical right donors want to manipulate our political system, they should at least have the courage of their convictions.

To start with political contributions should not be tax free like charitable contributions. If you want to make a political contribution you should make it with after tax dollars this tax break only further skews the political system toward the rich. This just encourages the rich to give millions to political candidates so they can write it off their taxes. The conservative justices are more worried about hiding the abuse of the political system by the rich than in improving things.

It looks at least at this retreat the less rabid republicans have prevailed. Trump has only been out of office for three months and already a formable opposition is forming in the republican party. While some of the more rabid republicans are still fiercely loyal to Trump an alternate path is becoming more apparent. If Trump loses control of the republican party look for another Trump temper tantrum where Trump will try to destroy what he can’t have.

The recent shooting of black men during police stops are unfortunate and some are just out and outright murder but in other shootings the victims set things in motion that contributed to their own death. In many dispute faults lies on both sides, failure to acknowledge this will keep the problem from being solved. We have to remember that guns and knives are not the only dangerous and deadly weapons. A car in the hands of a fleeing subject is every bit as deadly if not more so than a gun. Police have a duty to keep a suspect from entering into a dangerous police chase that endangers children and others who are on the road.

If black lives matter is really interested in stopping the killings of blacks during stops by police they should educate them on the proper conduct when stopped by police. In fact, everyone should be taught during driver education how to act when stopped by the police. Proper action during a police stop should be encoded in to local law so the public knows what is expected of them. If black lives mater is actually interested in saving lives instead of just demonstrating they will have to acknowledge that there are problems on both sides. You can’t act like an idiot during a traffic stop without putting your life in jeopardy.

When I am stopped, especially on a dark night, I don’t reach in the glove box for the registration until after the policeman comes to the window and I let him know the registration is in the glove box. While you know who you are dealing with, they don’t. You might have just murdered someone for all they know and that exact situation has ended with the police officer killed.

Cyber Ninjas is using ultra violet light on the ballots, a process that might destroy them to look for water marks that they have already been told aren’t there. Cyber Ninjas is also going to examine the voting machines even though they are not certified to examine voting machines and have no expertise in that area.

Trump is waiting with bated breath, he is following every development in Arizona according to his advisors. Trump has found an election he can finally win his way. Trump fully believes he can still overturn the election. Trump believes he can take this crooked dog and pony show on the road and after he overturns Arizona and then move on to Georgia and Pennsylvania even though the election is over and certified.

Nearman can be seen opening the door so the republican rioters could enter the capitol which was closed to public because of the Trump virus.

Now Nearman has been charged with “unauthorized exercise of his official duties, with intent to obtain a benefit or to harm another,” and another count of criminal trespass in the second degree for aiding and abetting “another to unlawfully and knowingly enter and remain in and upon the premises of the Oregon State Capitol.”

One of the rabid right, who stormed the capitol believed that he was storming the White House. He had told friends that he was going to Washington to storm the White House. If he had stormed the White House, he would have been sprayed with bullets instead of pepper spray. No questions asked.

Since we now have facial recognition software that should remove all doubt. Since the FBI took their phones and laptops no doubt that will be provide proof. Now who is missing their laptops? Their phones and laptops should tell the tale. Most thieves are smart enough not to brag on social media about the houses they broke into but many of the rabid right rioter were sending live feeds of them committing crimes. Nobody ever accused them of being smart. One thing about it pictures will remove any reasonable doubt.

It is often nice to see what republicans in the Trump administration had to say about Trump. John Bolton in his books talks about Trump sleeping during important meetings and he said at least Trump did not fall out of his chair. Bolton was livid after a planned attack against Iran, for shooting down one of our drones over international waters, that cost a $140 million dollars, was called off at the last minute. Bolton likens Trump’s mind to a weathervane it changed with what ever direction the political wind was blowing or whoever he talked to last.

Most of us that have experience with the elderly know how they will get onto a roll and just keep harping for months on the same subject even thought there is nothing that can be done to resolve that problem. With Trump it was John Kerry and he kept repeating that he could not understand why Kerry could not be arrested under the Logan Act for talking to the Iran. Trump bought this rant up in meeting after meeting. He would not accept any explanation. Bolton eventually resigned because it was impossible to work with a senile old man. Can you imagine what Trump will be like four years further down the road?

The Lincoln Project (anti-Trump republicans) is trying to is trying to exasperate the fight between Trump and Moscow Mitch along with establishment republicans. The Lincoln Project released a video telling Trump that Moscow Mitch is using Trump name to raise money for candidates of their choosing. They continued to tell Trump he is being played, “They bought you a little bowl to hold in your little hands and you fell for it.”

In March, Trump sent a cease-and-desist order to the Republican National Committee to stop using his name to raise money. The RNC said Trump is a public figure and they plan to keep on using his name to raise money.

Trump and Moscow Mitch had a parting of the ways after Mitch blamed Trump for the insurrection in a speech after Trump’s second impeachment trial saying, Trump would still face civil and criminal liability for the insurrection.

The Project’s video inferred Trump fought the swamp and the swamp won and that he should consider not running again. Nothing like a good three-cornered political fight.

It looks like the crazies are trying to take out Cheney but when a secret ballot was held to oust Cheney the Trump faction lost by more than two to one. Moscow Mitch appears to be a double agent first berating Trump for the insurrection but then seeming to embrace him as a fund-raising tool.

Taylor Greene seemed to have a memory problem and claimed in a tweet that the democrats have killed 100s s of thousands of small businesses but in fact they closed under Trump and have been reopening since Biden took office and that the democrats were the enemy within. Greene seems to have adopted Trump’s habit of lying but a Democratic congressman, Ruben Gallego, an Iraq war veteran replied to Greene’s tweet.

“I was trying to figure out what type of pen to stab your friends with if they overran us on the floor of the House of Representatives while trying to conduct a democratic transition of power. So please shut your seditious, Qanon loving mouth when it comes to who loves America.”

One on one my money is on Cheney.

A Federal judge has ordered the release of Justice Department documents that show how former Attorney General William Barr decided that Trump should not be charged with obstruction of justice in the special council investigation. Barr has been fighting the freedom of Information request but the judge was appalled at what was in Barr memo.

It seems the memo had been manufactured after the decision not to charge Trump for obstruction of justice was made. The Mueller Report contained plenty of proof of obstruction of justice on Trump’s part. When you fire the FBI director in charge of the investigation that is obstruction of justice.

We had a mayor whose wife was divorcing him, he was living with another man. The house he was living in caught fire and it was found to be arson. The police investigated and found it was the mayor’s teenage son who set the fire. When the mayor was told, he put the detective walking a beat downtown. That is as clear an example of “obstruction of justice” as you can get. There was no real difference between that and what Trump did.

The judge said that Barr did not even have time to skim the Mueller report before he told congress there was no evidence of obstruction of justice.

In Arizona the “audit” is underway and they are looking for traces of Bamboo. It seems there was a rumor that 40,000 ballots came from Southeast Asia and used bamboo fibers in the ballots. The longer this goes on the more it sounds like Qanon at work. Jews with lasers from outer space is on par with fraudulent ballots with bamboo fiber from Southeast Asia. The justice Department is looking to violation of Federal Law as Federal Law requires those ballots to be preserved and the ballots are being left unattended and they are mixing the ballots that were tallied with ballots that were untallied.

Many of the people who stormed the capitol lost their jobs after the insurrection. Now it seems Arizona is hiring them to count the votes the in the audit. One of the insurrectionists was photographed on the capitol steps on Jan 6 is counting the votes in Arizona.

The Arizona state senate only provided $150,000 for the audit that is going to cost far more, the Trump donors are picking up the rest of the cost. So, in effect Trump’s people are paying for this “audit.” This audit can’t change the election results but it is intended to whitewash his lose and give his followers a plausible reason to believe his big lie.

The truth is the enemy of a conman. The republican party is trying to kill the truth by censuring the republicans who voted to impeach Trump and the fiasco in Arizona but you can’t kill the truth. You may hide the truth from public for awhile but it will always come to light. They say you can fool some of people all of the time, and you can fool all the people some of the time, but you can’t fool all the people all the time. There are more people fooled in this country now than at any point in history.

America has seen several cults in recent history, such as Jim Jones Cult and David Koresh cult. They all have one thing in common they mix the supernatural with fragments of reality. Up until now the cults have pretty much stayed out of our national politics but Trump has created a cult built around his personality. We all know cult members don’t act rationally, their loyalty is to the cult leader. When republican representative (Ohio), Anthony Gonzalez was censured for voting to impeach Trump for causing the Jan 6th insurrection it was his loyalty that was questioned. Gonzalez was faulted for his lack of loyalty to the republican party but is loyalty to America was not at issue.

This is similar to what goes on every cult, the cult leader’s actions can never be questioned. This is how cults are built and maintained and the republicans are building a cult. The Ohio republican party told Gonzales that they had no issue with how he voted but in this case action against Gonzales “address an unconstitutional politically motivated process that served no purpose.” Translation, any action against the cult leader will be met with maximum penalties. The cult leader should never be questioned after all he is on a mission from god.

Evangelical preacher, Nathan French, has declared on his program that Trump not only won the election but won it by a landslide just as a number of self-declared Christian profits prophesied. No word as to why Trump is not in the White House but it probably has to do with the intersection of imagination and truth. In the supernatural world anything is possible and anything is believable. This is the same fly brained preacher that declared a few weeks ago that Trump was on a special mission from god to take out billionaires like Bill Gates and George Soros because they are running the world and Trump could not accomplish this mission from the president’s office. But hadn’t Trump had been a billionaire that was running the world?

We may well be entering the most dangerous time in history for our government. The power of a cult is like the sirens call to many and we now have a major political party that has decided the best way to win elections is to support the big lie. Most republicans were quick to notice the cult of personality surrounding Trump and were quick to exploit it for their purposes. It is a little like the power of alcohol, “first a man takes a drink, then the drink takes a drink, then the drink takes a man.” First you act like you like you are a member of the Trump cult to gain a few votes, then you go along with the cult because you can’t afford to lose their votes, then the cults owns you.

The Trump cult is by far the largest cult in America and when people are organized in this fashion it is extremely dangerous and it is being led at the grass roots level by cult masters, the preachers. The preachers are joining their cults together and pledging their loyalty to Trump. This may be the first time that we are seeing cults assembling into a super cult headed by a senile old man.

A church in Oregon has a major outbreak of the Trump virus. There are 74 cases of the Trump virus in this one church including the Pastor and his wife. In spite of the fact that the church is responsible for almost 10% of the Trump virus cases in Oregon this week the preacher refused to close the church until the outbreak subsides. The pastor, Scott Erickson, said, “Not us not now. That is not what we are doing,” he told those in attendance and his live streaming service.

Freedom of religion does not make churches islands where no laws can be enforced. If they were murdering people and telling people it was on orders from god the police would go in and arrest them. We have health department laws to protect the public and enforcing them is extremely important to the health of Americans. To let these demagogues, stand up on their alters and thumb their noses at the law is a huge mistake. If the danger was confined only to the bible thumpers it would be one thing but studies show 500 cases of the Trump virus can be traced to just one source. Right now, figures show that nearly 2% of the people who get the Trump virus die from it. There is no difference between these preachers taking a gun and killing people then staying open and spreading death. When a church is told to close because of and outbreak of a deadly disease and they refuse they should be arrested and jailed until the outbreak subsides.

At the recent republican retreat in Florida, vital information was withheld that showed Trump is extremely unpopular with the American people in the battleground states. It was inevitable once Trump was not on television everyday, that his popularity would go down. These polls are usually given during the retreat but even when delegates ask for the internal republican polls, they refused to give them the results. Why? To perpetuate the big lie and hide the fact that Trump’s popularity is tanking.

In some areas Trumps unfavorable rating is 15 points higher than his favorable rating. The information finally came out two months after the republican retreat. Do you think a political party should hitch their wagon to a horse to that unfavorable rating is 15 points higher than his favorable rating? There is a reason that the internal poll was hidden from those at the retreat.

Now we find out that two states tied for the most people at the insurrection. Both Texas and Pennsylvania had 36 people arrested for participating in the Jan 6 insurrection. One of the Texas cops who attended the insurrection, when asked about the insurrection said it was not as bad as it looked on television.

Tomorrow’s vote on Liz Cheney is crucial for the direction of the republican party. There was already a vote held to remove Liz Cheney after she voted to impeach Trump. The vote was held by secret ballot so Trump would not be able to retaliate against those who voted for Cheney to keep her job. The vote was overwhelmingly for Cheney to keep her job. One has to wonder whether the vote tomorrow will be public and that way Trump can retaliate against anyone who votes for Liz Cheney.

A vote for Liz Cheney is a vote fort the truth, a vote to remove her is a vote for the big lie. The republican party has to decide what direction it is going to take in the future. If it decides to support the big lie, what lies will they decide to support in future? Once you come unhinged from the truth the sky is the limit. You can tell any lie that you think gives you advantage.

The republicans removed Liz Cheney by a voice vote, that way they can deny their vote either way. Why not vote like they did the first time, that way would at least know how many republicans supported her. The republican party has become like Fox News if you won’t lie you will be fired.

Republican House leader Kevin McCarthy (R-California) acknowledged that Biden’s election was legitimate. Now isn’t that the same thing that Liz Cheney was saying. In effect McCarthy is saying that Trump is liar. But no republicans are asking for his job. McCarthy was the one that called Trump while the insurrection was ongoing. When McCarthy asked Trump to call his thugs off. Trump’s reply was, “Kevin I guess some people are more upset about the election than you are.” McCarthy was livid but later patched things up by going to Florida to kiss Trump’s feet. McCarthy hired one of Trump’s former staff members in March, that was one of the primary architects of the Jan 6 insurrection. I bet that was a favor for Trump.
