Georgia and some other states are trying to put the Jim Crowe laws back in place to prevent certain people from voting. For centuries a signature was considered proof of identification when voting. Now the republicans are bound and determined to make it harder to vote. It is against the law to bring food or water to someone standing in line vote in Georgia. If your house is within 150 feet of a polling place it would be against the law to bring you food or drink on any election day. If you are diabetic you must eat often to keep from going into diabetic coma. Blacks have a higher percentage of diabetics and making it against the law to feed them would knock many of them out of voting.

Many corporations in Georgia have gone on the record against the Jim Crowe laws in Georgia and some have taken action. The major league baseball league moved the All-Star game out of Georgia. Moscow Mitch is livid saying corporations should stay out of politics. But that is the opposite of what Moscow Mitch said about the businesses participating in politics in the Citizens United case where the supreme court ruled that corporations had the same rights as an individual and could contribute unlimited amounts of money to politicians because money was considered free speech. So as long as the corporations are stuffing millions into Moscow Mitch’s pockets to influence politicians that fine but if a corporation actually use their right to free speech, rights the courts gave them, Moscow Mitch wants to make it very clear their free speech is limited to giving millions to politicians. Georgia legislature raise taxes $50 million on one airline for speaking out. That sounds like a violation of the corporation’s free speech rights as it was punitive.

States that have no state income tax pay far more in property taxes. My property taxes are $250 a year with a homestead exemption. I could expect to pay $5,000 a year as my sister pays in Florida, a no income tax state. The republicans have also decided to remove $20 million each in funding from the state universities.

Who would win? The ungodly greedy and coal operators, like the governor who owns several coal companies that he refuses to pay the taxes on. It will shift the tax burden to the middle class and poor. The Republicans argue cutting out the income tax will bring in more businesses. There are already many states with no state income tax why would they pick WV? One of the things companies look at before locating in a state is do, they have an educated work force? If you don’t have an educated workforce there is no point in locating in that state. The more funding taking from higher education, the higher tuition has to be raised. Higher education can’t escape the supply and demand curve. Once the cost is raised so high the fewer people will bother to get an education.

Trump knows he lost the election but thinks he should be able to steal it like he stole $122 million from his supporters bank accounts.

Mat Gaetz was turned away from Mar-a Lago because it would not look good for two child molesters to be photographed together. It reminds people of the pictures of Trump with Jeffrey Epstein leering at under age girls.

We have forgot the most precious gift the founding fathers gave us the ability to choose our president and government representatives. Trump would steal that most precious gift and he alone would decide who was president. At one time countries were ruled by dictators called kings and the citizens of a country had no say.

One of the biggest differences from 50 years ago is people no longer think for themselves, they are fed prepackaged opinions and pick them like you would a racehorse. Fifty years ago, people were proud to think for themselves they were skeptical of anyone who tried to tell them how to think. Fox likes to call itself Fox News but it is really Fox Editorial.

We all know that as we get older, we are no longer in the main stream of life. I can remember my parents saying they use to buy a loaf of bread for a nickel. I can remember buying a loaf of bread for thirty cents. I can also remember my dad buy a new full size chev for $2,000. There are differences in values between every generation and the supreme court represents a dead hand control. No one should hold a job until they die of old age.

Biden should stop the Justice Department from defending Trump against his rape victim in court and all hours that Justice Department has already spent should be billed to Trump. Imagine a rapist being defended in court by the Federal government. Trump’s defense is that he did not rape his victim because he now thinks she is too ugly to rape. The rape took place in the mid-90s. Everybody knows rape is not about sex it is about asserting power over the victim.

It is called the art of misdirection or better known as the “idiot defense.” In other words, the republicans can shine the light on some of the minor riots that took place across America it makes the insurrection, just another of many riots that took place across America not an insurrection with the intent to murder government officials and take control of our government.

I don’t have any problem with the republicans investigating Antifa or any other paper tigers they want to but any bury insurrection investigation under a pile of garbage. Any investigation of the insurrection should be limited to the participants and those who caused the insurrection. If the republicans can investigate Benghazi 19 times, they have plenty of time to investigate Antifa and others. The republicans can subpoena all the citizens they want during other investigations.

The official White House explanation was that they were there to take the “tour.” The president of the proud boys was arrested before the insurrection and gave authorities the frequency on their walkie talkies but they changed their frequency before the insurrection. The proud boys are the one of the rabid right organizations Trump refused to condemn at the presidential debate. He told the proud boys to, “stand back and stand by” which became their official slogan. Roger Stone used the proud boys as his security detail at the Republican Dorchester Conference in Salem Oregon in early 2018 and Face Book shows Stone getting a “low level initiation” into the proud boys. Roger Stone was one of those firing up the mob before the insurrection.

I can remember having to handle a freedom of information request and it is a hassle but it is the law. Some local lawyers wanted all the contracts on a large shopping center. It amounted to over 300 pages when the subcontractor’s contracts were included. After that the city changed their policy and decided to no longer kept construction contracts on file. Now that the Trump appointees that were blocking the requests have now left government and the information is flowing once again.

Trump appointees would refuse FOIA request and force people to go to court to get the information. Not only did it delay getting the public information but many did not have the resources to go to court. It will be interesting to see what the Trump administration was hiding. Trump is already facing criminal and civil court liability over his actions during the insurrection. Some of the documents being sought are from the insurrection.

Make no mistake about it, we are in a war and the war can still be lost. It would be like having an enemy charge our position and having the general says shoot only 70% of the enemy. The remaining 30% of the enemy would overrun our position. We don’t fight wars that way and we can’t fight this war that way and either. We have already lost more Americans in this war then most of the wars in American history. You can try and deny the facts but you cannot overlook 583,330 dead Americans in this war so far. Real patriots will always go to war when America is under attack and America is under attack and it is now under attack even though the enemy is invisible to the naked eye. It is no less deadly than a bomb. This is biological warfare wagged by mother nature.

We are living during one of the worst partisan climates in history where every issue is a partisan issue where sides are chosen on what side of political fence you are on. This virus is every bit as deadly as a Japanese soldier with AK47. Diseases are not democrat or republican they just kill indiscriminately it is all it knows. Other generations sacrificed much more. Taking a vaccine is an extremely small sacrifice compared to going off to war.

It seems the republicans are less interested in fixing the election process than they are in being able to “fix” elections. Trump could not understand why the republican states could just not award the election to him. So, if you had an area that was heavily democratic like Atlanta and you intended to see Trump win all you would need to do is declare like Trump, that you heard, from a good source who just happens to be a good republican, that there were several election irregularities there and decertify that vote.

To make elections fair in America we have always seen that there is same number of republicans and democrats working polls. This way the democrats can watch the republicans and the republicans watch the democrats. One thing that Trump has taught republicans is that you should cheat to win. The republican state legislatures have leaned, this lesson. They want to take the power over bipartisan election and hand it over to partisan legislatures. Trump claimed to be cheated while all along he was try to win by cheating to win. What these new laws will do will be making cheating enshrined in law.

I have been reading “Poisoner In Chief “by Stephen Kinzer. The book is about Sidney Gottlieb the CIA’s real life equivalent of Q in the James Bond series. Gottlieb job was to find a chemical that could be used to brain wash the enemy. After billions of dollars, they found out that there was no reliable chemical way to brainwash people. If the CIA really wants to find a way to brainwash people all they need do is look to Fox News that has brainwashed half the American people, another good source of information on brainwashing are religious leaders who have brainwashed billions to believe in all kinds of invisible, imaginary creatures from angels to demons. Sometimes there are just not any shortcuts and the hard work is required.

One has to wonder why we have so many psychopaths in America. After WWII ended the CIA imported psychopaths from Germany and Japan. Psychopaths have a genetic component and tend to run in families. The CIA saved psychopaths from the war crime trials in Germany because they were deemed to have knowledge that was valuable to the CIA. They were brought to America and given good jobs to carry on their research for the CIA. In Japan the psychopaths that had been experimenting on people and killing them were saved by the CIA and given new headquarters and continued their experiments for the CIA. The CIA was limited by law as what could be done in America so the more gruesome experiments were done in Germany and Japan. The public believed that what was done to people in Germany was outrageous but when America took over it was deemed necessary for national security.
