Do you not know that polling places are operated by members of both political parties? So one members of one political party watch the members of the opposing political party all day at the poling place. That is just comrade Putin's propaganda. At any election less than 60% of registered voters vote. Why bother with dead just vote all those people that didn't vote? After all they are registered to vote also and there are many more of them. People die everyday and it would be impossible to have an accurate voter registration roll but there is a big difference on dead people being on the voter registration roll and someone knowing they are dead and voting for them while the opposite political party just sits by and watches. The Russians are trying to destroy America by making a certain portion of Americans, who have no real knowledge of how things actually work, believe all our institutions are as corrupt as Russia's are.
