I live in what is called the tri-state area where WV, OH, and KY meet. People go back and forth between states to work, shop and for entertainment. Suddenly it is getting to hot to have all the illegals working at Trump’s businesses. The IRS employees are mad as hell and Trump is going to pay. The IRS employees know how many dead people are paying social security at Trump’s businesses. Pay back is hell. Why after 15 years?

It is called the “Peter Principal” it happens in all businesses they all become top with administrative employees and must go through a correction. In the Peter Principals states all employees are promoted to their level of incompetence. Once they are promoted to a job they can’t do someone else must be hired to that job and the employee is given a lateral “promotion” to shuffle paper. This process continues until a correction. This is a management problem not a union problem.
I don’t know how they arrive at the salaries for different professors.
Since they are administrative positions, I suspect supply and demand plays a part.
Math and science professors may be in short supply as opposed to English teachers and might command a higher salary.
The theory behind the severance tax was that the valuable natural resources belonged to the state residents at least in part and as they were depleted the state was worth less. The city Huntington for there part wasted the money on the Civic Center that bought drug addicts in to sing the praises of drug use.
By looking at figures it is evident the value of the Russian contribution to Trump’s election is not factored in. I would have to spend some time studying the figures because they defy common sense. No doubt the democrat’s totals are contributions of smaller denominations which reflect contributions from individuals of modest means.

You can’t cut the money going to colleges every year for the last 50 years to give bigger and bigger tax cuts to the ungodly greedy and expect to provide college educations. The country can’t sustain a steady stream of tax cuts for the ungodly greedy and expect to be able to invest in the next generation.
If everybody got a math degree, we would be in a mess. There has to be diversity of degrees in a number of subjects to make the country strong.
Many of the schools in America insist on teaching fairy tales which are in direct conflict with science and home schooling is far worse. Much of the money is spent teaching those fairy tales.
Sorry I never joined any book club. I ordered a few books a year ago and the charge didn’t show up till six months later. Bezos is getting a divorce and needs to raise some cash to pay his wife off. The charge was for Amazon Prime not a book club and I seldom buy anything from Amazon.
What I can tell for sure is that it impossible to download anything on that e-reader and I was told that it had a virus. The e-reader also was used to read e-mail the source of most viruses.

You really do have to spend some time watching the national news and an occasional news program. The picture of him surround by the Russian mob came from his inauguration and it has been shown many times on television. That picture reminds me of pictures of Al Capone surround by his gang but at least Capone was surrounded by Americans. I can’t link a photo shown on Meet the Press Daily.
Times change and the Founding Fathers clearly understood the Constitution would have to change with the times and so they designed it that way.

I have an uncle that has been a gun collector all his life. He is older now with dementia and is beginning to get violent. His doctor told him he must get rid of his guns. He did get rid of the guns but has since purchased more. The chances of him killing someone are likely but he can’t do without the guns. Just because your sane today does not guarantee you will be sane tomorrow. Some medications can put someone over the edge.
Murder may be illegal but that never stopped anyone that really wanted to murder people. They had one on ID this morning where and FBI agent’s son took his AR-15 out to the local lover’s lane and killed two people and he told his friends he just wanted to see how it felt to kill people with his AR-15.
You talk about inalienable right and it seems they are anything you imagine them to be at the time. If you have any rights at all it would to be to control the biological processes of your own body. If you don’t have that you don’t have any rights at all.
