@hawkeye10,
'Preciate that. Wish I could return the compliment.
Answer me this- If you believe that the Hispanic vote won't be a factor until 2020, do you also believe it DIDN'T factor heavily into the Republican losses in 2008 and 2012?

@snood,
The R's lost in 08 and 12 because they put up poor candidates for POTUS, not because of a problem with hispanics. Remember that the R's have been generally kicking the D's asses over the last decade, and this is with an ever increasing percent of the eligible voters being hispanic.

The race is unsettled enough, however, that a significant bunch of the Republican establishment is beginning to worry about the possibility of Trump or Carson grabbing the nomination.

Their success thus far has flummoxed and flustered fellow GOP rivals, who have openly question how a reality-television star has foiled years, and sometimes decades, of their preparations for the nation's top job.

That one is easy: the political class has sucked ass for a long time but they and most of the people have been to stupid to see the truth. Even now they resist. RESISTANCE IS FUTILE, REALITY WILL DO AS IT MAY!

It is not only those on the left who spend most of their time in FantasyLand.

@hawkeye10,
What I want to see Trump do right now is to write a full page ad in NYT and WP detailing the top 20 ways Obama and Hillary have fucked up on Syria, Iraq and Daesh ....just flame the ************ Obama, and ask do we really want this incompetent bitch Clinton in the POTUS chair.

They have certainly earned it.

And if Obama gets his panties in a twist we can remind him that no crisis should go to waste.

Trump is playing with fire here. And he’s resurrecting what was once seen as perhaps his greatest weakness — namely, the suspicion that he’s a fair-weather Republican at best; that he’s not a team player; that he’s only in it for himself. If he’s not careful, any victory he secures over Rubio could ultimately be pyrrhic. Then again, there’s a chance that this jolt of racism is just what Trump 2016 needed. I wouldn’t be the first pundit to whiff when it comes to Donald Trump.

Hawkup is going to keep talking big shyt about this hoodwinking loudmouth right up until he suddenly crashes and burns. I want to see his first few posts immediately after, either trying to change the subject, or denying the feckless cheerleading he's been doing for months.

He would ignore it. When I challenged him on what he'd been saying about Turkey he could only answer in meaningless generalities because he doesn't understand what's happening there, (or anywhere for that matter.)

I am advocating for my preferred candidate, which is how we do things in America. If you have a problem with that go **** yourself. Oh wait, you dont, because you do it too. you just dont like Mr Trump or what he stands for.

If Trump crashes and burns tomorrow he will have done a great public service. And it is not likely they he is going anywhere, he has been leading for months and he is pulling out some brilliant moves these last two weeks.

I said that Syria is solvable and gave a brief outline on how, then you demand a dissertation on the desires of Turkey. I give you a peak, then ask for yours, which boiled done to some nowhere nonsense about about how Turkey does not what we want and Hawkeye sucks.

Seeing that you were not interested in the project I went on my way, in large part because I am not greatly interested in Turkey nor have I indicated that I want to take up the subject of Turkey. I want to talk about Syria, Daesh, Assad, Putin, The professor, Paris......

Still if in the appropriate thread you give a view on the desires of Turkey I will be happy to evaluate it for you and give you feedback.

@hawkeye10,
You said nothing, you used a lot of words to say it, but you said nothing, because you know nothing of the dynamic.

You went on your way because, as always, you were out of your depth, you cannot discuss any of this, just cut and paste.

What you dismiss as nonsense has been accepted as fact by most commentators and experts.

Everyone knows that, Turkey is the main Daesh supply line for men and material and Turkey makes a lot of money on the trade. PLus Turkey knows that if Daesh ever come after them they are toast, they are far too weak a society to stand up to them. Which is why when we shut Daesh down with Turkeys help we are going to have to deploy troops to Turkey. Turkey is also going to have to accept Kurd self rule in a significant portion of Syria and they will. One of the first things we need to do is accept what Turkey has been telling us the last few months, that one of the things that needs to happen soon is setting up a safe zone in Syria and shipping all of the Syrian refugees currently in Turkey there. So far the west is refusing to pay for it.

Ronda Rousey is most definitely a loser, says Donald Trump in the latest of his brazen Twitter stream of conscious.

The Republican presidential candidate gleefully watched Holly Holm take the former bantamweight champion down with a stunning kick to the face Sunday — the 28-year-old’s first defeat in the UFC 193.

“Glad to see that Ronda Rousey lost her championship fight last night,” Trump punched into his Android Sunday afternoon. “Was soundly beaten — not a nice person.

Trump’s harsh criticism did not batter Rousey, but after a brutal loss, the 28-year-old will nurse her wounded face and pride with some time off.

“But I’ll be back,” Rousey added.

While Trump had no sympathy for Rousey, he gave Tom Brady’s performance with the New England Patriots his stellar approval for a narrow 27-26 win against the New York Giants.

The Patriots won in the final second with a 54-yard field goal after the quarterback led them down the field into position at MetLife Stadium.

“Tom Brady just did it again,” Trump exclaimed. “He is not only a great guy, he is, without question, the BEST quarterback.”

Brilliant rip off of how Nixon used sports to connect with Average American. This guy has been paying attention to the political game for a long time, that much is clear. Also brilliant is how he is constantly out selling the message " I am a nice guy but I am also a great street fighter when I have to be, and I will fight for you".

If you paid attention you would have known that I was against the popularity crap around here before it even started, and I wrote well over 1000 words to Robert telling him why it was a bad idea. I have said that it should be removed, I have said that all of these great posts getting voted down is an embarrassment to A2K, it likely keeps good new people away because they see this crap and think that it actually means that everyone around here must suck since we clearly know not the value of things. And I have said often that I take vote downs as a badge on honor, it usually means that I got too close to inconvenient truth and shitty ego driven people are trying to defend themselves from reality.

But thanks for playing BOB!, we can always count on you for entertainment.
