Which Federal laws are you referring to?

The one that says ICE can't spend more than is appropriated?
The one that says that people can't be held without being charged?
The one that says it is a civil offence to enter the country without going through customs?

Or are you thinking of some law that doesn't exist that you want enforced?

So you have no idea what law. You can only come up with a vague statement that violates the very laws you said you wanted enforced.

The Federal government can not spend more money than is appropriated by Congress. There is not enough money in the Federal budget to protect all citizens here and abroad, let alone deport every one in this country illegally.

I do not give one **** about their budget. That murder was absolutely inexcusable to anyone with plain common sense.

If your issue is with the protection of US citizens, then attempting to stop illegal immigration is certainly not the most productive course of action. Let me ask, in what country do you think the most murderers of Americans reside?
