@High Strangeness,
How is Trump going to make "America great again?"
It's already great by world standards. We represent only 5% of the world's population, but we are the richest and strongest on this planet.
Trump is a racial bigot, a womanizer who hates women, and denigrates the handicapped and women. He insulted the family of a war hero, and said John McCain wasn't a hero because he was a prisoner of war. Trump is a narcissist only interested in himself. He has to paste his names on buildings and airplanes. He loves himself.

America is pretty freaking great AS IS.

Some improvements are needed sure, but as a whole, not to freaking bad if you ask me.

@High Strangeness,
I object to tRump. The only thing he is trying to make great is his bank account. Just think Cheney and the military industrial complex. Payoffs out the yang yang.

Only thing I see are a bunch of bleeding heart liberal leftist race pimps who worship at the alter of the Clinton News Network who are incapable of independent critical thinking and can only end a debate with a histrionics and a temper tantrum.

@revelette2,
Lived in the city most of my life. Did live in sandstorm country when I was stationed in Morocco for one year with the air force. They sure have beautiful sunsets though.

That's an opinion based on what exactly?

Nothing sensationalist about it. As for looking at what is being "discussed" here, every page looks the same.

Blowing hot air up eachother's khyber passes hardly amounts to a discussion.

@Builder,
Brazil is quite a way from China and Indonesia is one of the countries put off by China's expansion. Try watching a news channel instead of listening to larrikins over liquid laughs.

Melania Trump is suing a British newspaper and a US blogger for $150m (£114m) over allegations she was a sex worker in the 1990s, her lawyer says.

The Daily Mail suggested Mrs Trump may have worked as a part-time escort in New York, and met husband Donald Trump, who is now running for the White House, earlier than previously reported.

The claims were "outright lying", lawyer Charles Harder said.

Both the blogger and the Daily Mail have since retracted their articles.

"These defendants made several statements about Mrs Trump that are 100% false and tremendously damaging to her personal and professional reputation," Mr Harder said in a statement.

"Defendants' actions are so egregious, malicious and harmful to Mrs Trump that her damages are estimated at $150m," Mr Harder's statement said.

The article on the Daily Mail's website quoted claims published in Slovenian magazine Suzy that the modelling agency Mrs Trump was working for also functioned as an escort agency, court papers show.

The newspaper also quoted Slovenian journalist Bojan Pozar, author of an unauthorised biography, who claimed Mrs Trump had posed for nude photos in New York in 1995 and alleged that she had met Mr Trump that year, three years before their reported first meeting in 1998.

Her lawyers say she moved to the US in 1996.

Mr Tarpley meanwhile alleged that Mrs Trump was "reportedly obsessed by fear of salacious revelations by wealthy clients from her time as a high-end escort" and had suffered a "full-blown nervous breakdown".

The Daily Mail's retraction, published late on Thursday, insisted it had not suggested the sex work claims were true but said that, even if false, they could affect the US presidential campaign.

Now that Trump has (apparently at least; one can never rule out countless additional reformulations and “pivots” with the wiggy dude) issued his most definitive statement ever on immigration policy, it seems he’s taken Romney’s “self-deportation” position and tried to add some teeth and a snarl.

You might not realize this right away, given his rhetoric, but Trump did not actually embrace a policy of immediate deportation of all 11 million undocumented immigrants, apparently realizing that would involve about a gazillion dollars and the establishment of a fascist police state. His proposal to prioritize deportation of people convicted of crimes is actually the same as the Obama administration’s.

But if he’s serious about trying to immediately deport the roughly 4 million people who have overstayed visas, that’s a pretty big departure from current practice and would require a half-gazillion dollars and moderately vicious police-state enforcement strategies. That could be just a feint, though, designed (along with a new policy of deporting any undocumented immigrant arrested—not convicted, but arrested—for a crime) to put the word out that there’s a new sheriff in town who is determined to harass and immiserate the undocumented without the insane cost and bad impressions associated with setting up star chambers and massive relocation camps and then bringing out the cattle cars headed south.

@cicerone imposter,
I've read slightly about Morocco mostly in historical romance whose authors claim they have researched the history (an easier if risky way to learn history). I can't remember if Morocco was an Arabic country conquered from Spain or the other way around.

Anyway, as I have said, you have led an enviable life with all places you have visited and lived.
