And I thought the Clint Eastwood talking to the empty chair thing was bizarre.

I think he'll do just fine attacking on emails. The Democratic counterattacks on the topic are pretty silly in my view. But Mr. Trump isn't soliciting my opinion.

@oralloy,
It isn't the Democrats counter attacking. It is a judge that has ordered a subpoena at the request of defense lawyers. In this case Christie has failed to turn them over under court order. Much more serious than anything Clinton did.

You are all so sure Hillary is a shoein. Im not so sure. I had a conversation with a citizen about Trump not releasing his income tax forms and he said, so what? I said dont you want to know if he is doing something illegal? He said he is a billionare. Of course he is doing something illegal. So, I said you wont vote for him? He said of course I am, I sure as hell aint going to vote for a lying bitch. I grabbed my coffee cup and started drinking before what I could say what I was thinking because at 81 I cant fight so good and calling him a stupid asshole would have done the trick.

@RABEL222,
I don't think it's a done deal either. I've lost all hope that American people make decisions based on facts, it seems we only care about shiny things and outrageous asshats.

I hope Trump doesn't win, he is an embarrassment

He'd trump Shrub2 for embarrassment factor, for sure.

Think of elections as purely theatre, and it becomes more like "reality" television, which, of course, is as far from reality as one can go.

I agree. Few standing Democrats are as disliked or damaged as Hillary.

@engineer,
The main thing Christie brings is scandal and corruption. Trump should get the squeakiest clean guy or woman he can find. Going after Clinton corruption will be hard enough with his own Trump U past.

The choice, as I see it, while certainly far from perfect, is between somebody who believes they are simply entitled to the position by virtue of their name and gender, above the law and will do just about anything to get and stay in the position, as opposed to a billionaire while brash, at times inarticulate, certainly politically incorrect, and who can be an asshole to some but does not need the position and therefore I must take him at his word that he actually loves this country...I guess I'll take the latter.

@RABEL222,
Hey, I'm in the 81 club too! Glad you're one of us.
As a matter of fact, I was just thinking about my childhood in Sacramento, and a search on the area I grew up in is now a ghost town just a few blocks west of the state capitol. My younger brother was a state legislator for two terms many decades ago, and he showed me his office. i see that as an amazing history in our lives.
My wife was just mentioning the other day to visit my sister and her husband in Elk Grove to visit Sacramento together next month. I would love to do that.

We have the same problem in Australia.

The New York Daily News... Yellow journalism at it's finest. They pander to the childish... Not child like with its connotations of Innocence but the immature sophomoric low-information crowd that giggle at words like fart and penis.
