@glitterbag,
LOL my very silly friend before you can handle a second order second degree equation you need to be able to solve a simple linear equation.

Now tell me what the hell is a nomenclator in relationship to a cipher in your own words not from a google search cut and paste job?

A rocket scientist need to be able to do simple equations of motion before needing to deal with laminar air flows.

@BillRM,
By the way NSA girl what was the main design flaw in the German WW2 Enigma machine??

@BillRM,
Well, it didn't help the Germans when the Brits and the Yanks managed to get their hands on the Enigma. The Allies exploited the machine because the Germans thought it sat on the bottom of sea in a ship wreck/or sub wreck. The Allies performed beautifully in their effort to defeat Germany and the other AXIS groups.

@glitterbag,
Sorry the design flaw was that the German build in a reflector who soul purpose was to stop the machine from being able to ever output the same character as was input.

The known fact that input could never be output as the same symbol gave the early bombes and later the very first computer by the name of colossus an attack point.

Quote:

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cryptanalysis_of_the_Enigma

the security of Enigma ciphers did have fundamental weaknesses that proved helpful to cryptanalysts.

A letter could never be encrypted to itself, a consequence of the reflector.[17] This property was of great help in using cribs—short sections of plaintext thought to be somewhere in the ciphertext—and could be used to eliminate a crib in a particular position. For a possible location, if any letter in the crib matched a letter in the ciphertext at the same position, the location could be ruled out.[18] It was this feature that the British mathematician and logician Alan Turing exploited in designing the British bombe.

@BillRM,
You really are a terrible person, Bill. What is it with you and the NSA and why do you think honorable service providing for your and my safety detracts from Glitter's personality?

Tell us about YOUR service to the nation. I'll provide the crickets while you form up your answer:

Students removed from Trump rally in Georgia
Source: USA Today

VALDOSTA, Ga. — About 30 black students who were standing silently at the top of the bleachers at Donald Trump’s rally here Monday night were escorted out by Secret Service agents who said the presidential candidate had requested their removal before he began speaking.

The sight of the students, who were visibly upset, being led outside by law enforcement officials created a stir at a university that was a whites-only campus until 1963.

“We didn’t plan to do anything,” said a tearful Tahjila Davis, a 19-year-old mass media major, who was among the Valdosta State University students who was removed. “They said, 'This is Trump’s property; it’s a private event.' But I paid my tuition to be here.”

Trump has been regularly heckled by protesters at his campaign rallies, but tensions have increased after he came under fire on Sunday for not immediately condemning support from a prominent white supremacist.

@bobsal u1553115,
So you think that mass spying on your citizens while tearing up the constitution is honorable?

Bet you would just love either the former USSR or Nazis Germany or North Korea for that matter.

@BillRM,
Dim wit, don't you think various Presidents, especially Bill Clinton and George W Bush had a lot more to do with it than The NSA itself did? Since when are YOU against spying on citizens?

Sorry but Trump like him or hate him have a right to speak on private property and have anyone removed who he may wish to have removed from his rallies.

@cicerone imposter,
Yep, and any president trying to cut military spendings or clip their political influence is a candidate for instant political assassination.

Thinking of JFK, make that "instant political (or otherwise) assassination".

@BillRM,
A minus 6 votes down on a post that only deal with design flaws in a ww2 encoding machine?

Ok administrators are you allowing hacking wars on this system with phony accounts votings included or not?

I am more then willing to go either way as it your system and therefore it up to you.

Trump has the secret service remove a group of black students from a rally. Not sure why a university would allow this to happen to their students.

Why not as they was not removed due to their skin color but that the organization they belong to BLM had a history and a pattern of interfering with Trump rallies.

@BillRM,
Yes, and as I recall all he ever did was talk. All I remember about the assassination is how happy everyone was-the commie is dead. I always wondered how rural people, with only the radio and a pitiful newspaper, became convinced he was the anti-Christ and a danger to the free world. We did not get our own TV until 68. Irish Catholics are hated in the south for just that although this hatred for him was special. I have always wondered why he even came to Texas in the first place after the assassination attempts in Florida and Chicago. Foolish bravery I suppose. He was a brave man no one can ever take that away from him.
