Tax breaks are given for H-1B visas. There are no tax breaks for using undocumented workers. You are quite clearly talking about undocumented workers getting H-1B visas.

I am curious what tax breaks you think those that hire undocumented workers are getting. Those that hire H-1B workers get a tax break. The tax break part of your statement would appear to be tied directly to the H-1B part of the paragraph. Now you want to argue it isn't. So was your post idiotic or is your defence of it idiotic? Or both?

So, Kerry's volunteer heroism is negated by the fact people don't like him, eh? While he served, the people disrespecting his service were for the most getting deferments. People looking for an excuse to elect Bush helped in the swiftboating, despite the fact Bush was nowhere to be found during the war.
