@Ragman,
I have you as 9-5 with mis-picks of Dallas, Miami, Jacksonville, Houston and San Diego. It is entirely possible I recorded something wrong. Let me know. Thanks.

@realjohnboy,
Sorry for the confusion. You're correct. I was wrong about my pick of Houston-Denver match so I'm at 9-5.

@realjohnboy,
...and damned if the Miz didn't win the week. Two TD's from Jeremy Maclin tomorrow and she can stay alive in our fantasy league playoffs.

I feel pretty certain the Texans will get a new coach before next season begins. Last word from the owner contradicts my statement, but I will hold to it as a prediction.

SCHEDULE - Week #17 -
There is no Thursday night or Monday night game this week. When I 1st looked at the schedule there also was no Sunday night game. It turns out the NFL has the authority to move a game to Sunday night with 6 days notice. The idea is to put a game there that might be important. The best they could come up with appears to be St Louis @ Seattle. That game will be our tiebreaker.
Jan 2nd - early -
NY Giants @ Washington
Buffalo @ NY Jets
Tennessee @ Indianapolis
Oakland @ Kansas City
Minneapolis @ Detroit
Dallas @ Philadelphia
Pittsburgh @ Cleveland
Carolina @ Atlanta
Cincinnati @ Baltimore
Tampa Bay @ New Orleans
Chicago @ Green Bay
Miami @ New England
Jacksonville @ Houstin
Late games -
Arizona @ San Francisco
San Diego @ Denver
St Louis @ Seattle (+ final score)

Oh, my. While Michael Vick does well the Eagles stink. We get as a group one big goose egg in that game. Except for CoinToss/CoinToss who picked the Vikings.

@Rockhead,
I have been trying to train myself to sleep until 7 am rather than 6. I don't have a watch or an alarm clock. If I can stay awake until midnight...

They had Vick on the ropes by the end. His people just could not protect him from that kind of blitz.

@edgarblythe,
So now that Vikes exposed the Iggles, the debate might be over who are the 'real' deal SB contending teams:
Pats
Atlanta
New Orleans
Region Philbis

@Region Philbis,
I'm saying legit SB contenders not just making it to the playoffs or being a 1-and-done.

Could be that da Bears are pretenders not contenders. Let's see how they do at the Frozen Tundra.

Ravens still confuse me about their identity. I had them picked in pre-season as going to SB, but somehow their secondary is too soft to inspire confidence.

Pitts aren't contenders unless Polamalu is well and playing. If he is, they're scarey contenders, IMHO.
