”Women do not go to college" is a sarcastic command statement and means women should not be going to college under a 1 in 4 rape state of affairs it surely does not mean no women are currently going to college.

Given the content of the statement the meaning is clear for anyone with an IQ over room temperature at the north polar.

Duh! When one posts something it is extremely important to write it in such a manner that there is no misunderstanding it. Oftentimes, you can put (sarcastic, just joking, etc.) in parenthesis so there is no confusion.

P.S. Considering TWIT has posted something virtually stating some women deserve to be raped, why would I think he meant anything other than women do not go to college.

It could have only two meanings one that no women are currently going to college or two it is a command statement that women are not to go to college.

Given that the first meaning is sense free a normal person would fall back on the second meaning without even thinking about it.

At the outset of this thread, I had a great deal of sympathy for men's issues, including those involved with the topic of rape.

You want to turn back the clock on rape laws because you don't regard the crime of rape as a significant problem, unless the victim is beaten to a bloody pulp by a stranger, or, perhaps, even killed. But, that's not the reality of rape in 2011. Most people know the person who sexually assaults them, and that changes the circumstances in which rape occurs, and current rape laws must, and do, reflect that reality . In addition, your harping on "false allegations" has simply been an attempt to brand all females as liars.

Let see it was an independent grant study/survey no done by DOJ employees or under the direct supervision of DOJ employees.

Somewhere in the small print, I also remember seeing a statement that the results were not guarantee by the DOJ.

I also had gone over the problems with it having anything to do with the real world any numbers of times.

Take note of the clear very clear disclaimers that is in the report that the DOJ does not stand behind it results, something that Firefly did not see for some reason.
