Another rape of a college student, despite the fact that some here keep trying to deny that this crime goes on with alarming frequency.

The Indiana University Police Department is looking for a man they say raped a 19-year-old student.

According to a press release obtained by Fox 41 News, the woman approached I.U. Police early Saturday morning. She said she met three white males at a party at an off-campus home near 7th and Bryan in Bloomington.

The driver told her he was an I.U. student and the two other men were visiting from Purdue.

The woman said the trio took her to another house, claiming to be en route to a second party. At this point, the woman claims she was sexually assaulted by the driver.

He is described as a white male, 6'-2" tall, with muscular build and weighing 250 lbs. He is approximately 20- years-old, with brown hair and a "scruffy" beard.

Quite great work if I understand it right.

Anyone who is still confused about the issue of whether someone is impaired by alcohol, and that such a person might be legally unable to consent to sex, should find out the specific standards for such intoxication in their state, and the sexual assault laws pertaining to sexual contact with such individuals. In the U.S., sexual assault laws vary from state to state.

You can always contact the D.A, for your county and ask for specific information about the above.

If you are too lazy to do that, you are not interested in learning the answer.
If a person really needs to call the D.A. about this then I would imagine his motives aren't quite right in the first place. But, it is good advice nonetheless.

is it your contention that a study of 1948 sexuality is relevant in 2010??

Has sex changed in the past 62 years?

It's got to be frightening for women on campuses with the kind of rape statistics that are READILY AVAILABLE out there. I know the information you have posted is correct. I've researched it myself. I don't care what those trolls say.

Only in the regard that SOME men have changed to believe they can legally take advantage of an intoxicated woman and think they shouldn't be held accountable for it. Fortunately, it is not the majority that believes that tripe.

@Intrepid,
Of course, Intrepid, none of those things on the list indicates that sexual functioning has changed, in terms of the biological aspects of the human sexual response. Sex is still sex--just as is it was 62 years ago.

This man began sexually assaulting his daughter when she was 5--the abuse went on for 9 years. Imagine what those 9 years were like for her.

@firefly,
I don't have to imagine what it was like for her. I know. I will never be able to understand incest. Rape is hard enough to understand but incest is not something I will ever understand. I had to stop trying to understand it because it drove me crazy. My heart breaks for this child.
