I would suggest you used the ignore function on him, as Bill Occom seem only able to post short insults.

I had yet to see him post links or take part in any debate on this system beyond the postings of insults.

Except for the word Occum in your post, I thought you were referring to yourself. A big mouth with no balls.

I do believe that the moron in question is BillRM.

While I agree that Bill Rm is a moron,(The comments he made to BBB and JustBrooke are unforgivable) I think Occ.Bill was referring to the the woman who was a victim of stranger-rape and who's testimony I quoted.
Indeed, that is who I referred to as a moron. As is every other person who opines, "If the girl was drunk, it's not date-rape." This isn't indicative of any shortage of empathy for her as an alleged victim; I'd like to see her rapist punished as harshly as any. But it is an indictment of idiocy for suggesting the countless millions of date-rape victims weren't raped if they were drunk.

@OCCOM BILL,

Women aren't allowed to say no if they're drunk? Huh?

Sure they are; but they aren't allowed to say yes, an enthusiastic yes, and then regret it later and say that she said no. Which does happen a lot.

Come on Panz; say you were in for an evening of casual sex, and after you'd both had a few drinks she did a stiptease for you and started giving you a hummer... then abruptly decided she didn't want to be there anymore. Does she not have that right? Is there really any room for confusion here?

I think that these hypothetical are all pretty one-sided; they don't seem to leave room for the possibility that the woman never in fact said no, or anything like it.

A casual history of my posts in this thread should make it pretty clear that I neither support nor defend any rapist or anything the two resident trolls have to say. Sort of a pre-defense of you jumping on me. My only point in typing is to say that the issue isn't as cut-and-dry as some make it out to be.

I agree. I thought it strange that she would say something along those lines, but I think firefly addressed the reason pretty well

Some people just can't read I guess. What brooke posted was:

Been very hard to digest. He did not hurt me. It was someone else.

Not that it would make any difference to you know who.

No idea what you are referring to

In BBB's case you suggested she should have faked an orgasm to end her assault. It was the most tactless, disgusting thing I have ever read in a2k.

Your point is well taken, but already accepted as fact by every commenter on this thread. No one here has, in any way, defended she who makes false allegations. That wasn't part of the scenario.

The more important point regarding false allegations is the demented duo's mindless interpretation of "unfounded" as "false." Rape, and most especially intimate rape, is an exceedingly difficult crime to prosecute. In light of the statutory presumption of innocence; I’d wager far more guilty rapists are set free for lack of evidence every year than innocent defendants have been jailed in my lifetime. False accusations are disturbing, and unfortunately somewhat common; but to pretend their prevalence is more than a tiny fraction of convictions is insupportably absurd.

Could anyone really be as stupid as BillRM portrays himself to be?

Yes Occom Bill, he really is that stupid. The comment he made to BBB was the most heartless thing imaginable. There was no way to doubt who she was speaking about in her testimony. So, yeah, he is that stupid and so is his buddy.

Odd that she could not just pretend to have orgasms is it not?

For that reason the story smell somewhat.
HEARTLESS! DISGUSTING!

@BumbleBeeBoogie,
Sorry BBB, this wasn't to you.BILL HERE IT IS! NOW, TELL ME YOU DIDN'T KNOW SHE WAS TALKING ABOUT HERSELF?

THE STALKING ROOM
By BumbleBeeBoogie
(A true story I was unable to write for many years)

A bedroom in a small house, built before the Great Depression, holds memories still stalking its victim into her old age.

Spasms of nausea interrupt browsing through antique shops, stocked with pewter hand-mirrors, polished mahogany dressers, and yellowed linen table runners edged with frayed tatting.

An innocent glance with a inward eye at a faded wedding-ring patterned quilt hanging on the wall causes sweat to run down her ashen cheeks.

Her heart pounds in her chest as memories flood through her veins. She cannot escape the diary of her mind, preserving forever the unspeakable acts of two nineteen year-old men who lifted the smiling, trusting four-year old from her crib in her parent's bedroom on to the wedding-ring quilt covering the bed.

The men disappeared, but the memories of that room do not fade. They stalk her still in unexpected places, at unexpected times, in still unexpected ways.

@Arella Mae,
And what does that have to do with the story of an adult woman being harm for not having an Orgasm by her partner?
