However, Sweden could be well beaten by Greece in the final.

France : Greece = 0 : 1

Otto Rehagel is German, btw

Some miracles are a matter of justice. The last "big" one is out.

Interesting, Walter, this German-Greek blend. Their tactical discipline was commendable.

BTW, Völler and Sáez have resigned as coaches of Germany and Spain respectively.

Damn this multicultural society, by the way! This way, it seems *every* night some group or other gets to go out and celebrate and drive down the street hooting their horns and yelling ... in circles around my house.

The Greeks were out for over an hour tonight, hooting and making noise! <grins>

(Of course, it coulda just been the two cars, driving around forever ... heheh. I saw them pass by once, two guys laying belly-flat on top of the car while it was driving, all the while yelling and making noise. Last night, there were some too - Portuguese? Odd, that <puzzled>. And then of course, the night before that ... <grins>)

as for France-Greece...well that is major upset, but also quite deserved win. France sucked totally. Not that Greece was better, but at least they wre brave and they actually wanted to win.

Tonight, the Netherlands will win. When I'm right, Walter will give us all a drink. When I'm wrong, Walter will give us all a drink. (I call that a lose-lose situation Walter Mr. Green )
