@aaronssongs,
aaronssongs, by your own opening you admit no one has an idea how many died. Quote: iCasualties: OIF Iraqi Deaths

This is not a complete list, nor can we verify these totals. This is simply a compilation of deaths reported by news agencies. Actual totals for Iraqi deaths are much higher than the numbers recorded on this site. End Quote.

I didn't do a search for the numbers on the links below. But some good data there and maps.

I couldn't find any stats on deaths of my own quickly. But these sites offer plenty of info and reading with the bigger picture in mind one can gather a lot quickly.

Stars and Stripes: Independent U.S. military news from Iraq, Afghanistan and bases worldwide

The United States Army Homepage

DefendAmerica: U.S. Defense Dept. War on Terror: 09/18/2007 - Final Edition

@FedUpAmerican,
Blame the chicken if he climbs on top of the fox.

I am awaiting a link to a time where I have embarrassed myself.

American life is not more important than Iraqi life? Yes actually it is. To Americans anyways.

YOU SAID If this sentence made any sense, I might be able to answer it...but I realize you have a problem being clear and concise.

I simply paraphrased YOU. Make sense yourself and my paraphrasing would make sense.

In the end Aaron, all you have accomplished on here is showing how much of a NON conformist you are, which is really quite ironic since in todays age nonconformists are the greater of the population.

Finally, I havent the power to hurt your feelings? then why so butt hurt at calling a spade a spade? (No intentional racial slur implied)... you know what don't respond, to that, just say I have embarassed myself again for the first time...... :beat:

RU,
Your little tirade, once again, makes no sense. And yes, once again, you've embarrassed yourself, by claiming that American life is more valuable than Iraqi life (at least to Americans)....some of us Americans believe that life, 'in general', is inherently valuable..but when one values one race or nationality over another, much can be said, and would make me understand a response like that. Telling.
And I have no idea of the irony you speak of....if I'm a non-conformist (which I am) in a world of "nonconformity"....how is that ironic? Try to make sense. And post something of value....value or the lack thereof, being the root of the conversation.

Quote: American life is not more important than Iraqi life? Yes actually it is. To Americans anyways. End Quote, yes it is because we don't want to rule the entire world and return it back to the Dark Ages. And then there is God. Which side do you think he goes with. America has grown to (leave the Bush years out of the picture) a very high level. Whikle most diaper heads are still killing each other and any other target they can find. What improvements has the middle east made. Oh yes Iseral has made the deserts green and made it's nation glow beside the Arab states. Theyy still believe in tribal law.
Give me a break and think before you post please!

Well, it's quiet obvious, that you did not think before you posted that.

Aaron, please, for the love of God, ONCE post a source, fact, or any iota of a valid argument. All I have seen you do in my limited time here is whine, criticize, and hurl stale, stereotypical progessive responses. I'm not a big fan of neocons, but at least some of them provide facts SOME of the time. All you've done on this page is tell others that they're not making any sense. I understood them, so either I am exceptionally brilliant, or you're an idiot, pick one. I see you do this all the time; somebody raises a point you haven't an answer for, and then you say they aren't making any sense. Stop it, it is not flattering, and nobody is impressed by it. If you want people to take you seriously, on this board or elsewhere, demonstrate knowledge by respectfully addressing the arguments of others with well-formulated refutations based on facts derived from a reliable source.

And I'm accused of being emotional! If you go back to post #40 of this thread, you will see the sources I listed...several. Either your reading is suspect or your comprehension....take your pick.
When others stop their exercises in dementia, fantasy, wishful-thinking, and downright propaganda, then, and only then, will I quit ranting. I don't care that you don't find it flattering. I am not here to impress anyone...I don't think too many folk here are impressionable (among other attributes...)
I quite often list reference materials...so I haven't the foggiest notion of what you're referring to...go back and look at all of my postings, if you doubt me.
I post a lot...so it may take you some time. Get busy.

I agree. But unfortunately your assclown president doesn't.

IF American lives were so much more valuable than Iraqi lives then we wouldn't be in an ILLEGAL OCCUPATION of what was once a soverigne nation.

Get your facts straight. My word you people are living in the clouds.

Hell, if American lives were so valuable, then we wouldn't be so cavalier sending men and women into a war for all the wrong reasons....for oil and resources....one day all the oil will be gone, and some people are going to look real stupid for not foreseeing that day...coulda , woulda, shoulda

@aaronssongs,
aaronssongs, is right. Heck the barrel price was the highest ever and today I got gas for less than I paid in 6 months. $2.55 an 9 tenths. Oh yes Dillons give 10 cents off it's gas if you spend $100.00 a month in it's store. But it hasn't risen. That seems stranges. But I am happy as my tank holds 27 gallons.

Quit your crying junior. I was just asking what the point was in stating the gas price in your state.

I can tell you have Jesus in your heart. It shows in your posts.

If a nation is sovereign and its leader promotes genocide is it okay?

My president does appear to be an assclown doesnt he. To bad.

As long as we are getting our facts straight, the occupation of Iraq has a signed by Congress resolution unfortunately for those who think Bush is a douche, he did the proper paper work making it legal.

Actually, without a declaration of war, no deployment of forces is legal. Constitution.
