Cav's on the job. Roasted whole wild boar with maple glaze, seared foie gras, black bean soup with ham hocks, pig-foot souse, lots of beer, martinis and mint juleps, and of course, capybara chili, Texas-style, all meat, no beans.
Oh cool, Cav's here :-) Now that we have a real chef, gus can sit down and not worry about cooking the pork enough. Somehow I feel much safer with you here Cav.
