I "got" your joke. Just wanted to translate what's on the bottle. Went to Japanese language school in my young teens, and wanted to keep in practice.

Also, it would have been funnier if it had to do with the Chinese government, because 1/3 of their water is polluted. That's the price they are paying for their industrial complex/might. Their air in Beijing is no better.
