We've already been over this ground, Spendi, and you weren't willing to do the necessary research to cover your misleading claims. No religion should keep to themselves all that pomp and splendor when there are poor and destitute to care for.
I just saw a story on local TV news about a man living with one large alligator, one boa constrictor, one rattlesnake and marijuana. (The gator slept on the couch). He was arrested for having marijuana.

This is his aligator. Poisonous snakes were in the dozens.
Does anyone find it at all surprising that such brain dead activities attract so much attention?

Horror in this oddity
SAO PAULO -- Police say enraged spectators invaded a football field, stoned the referee to death and quartered his body after he stabbed a player to death.
The Public Safety Department of the state of Maranhao says in a statement that it all started when referee Otavio da Silva expelled player Josenir Abreu from a game last weekend. The two got into a fist fight, then Silva took out a knife and stabbed Abreu, who died on his way to the hospital.
The statement issued this week says Abreu's friends and relatives immediately "rushed into the field, stoned the referee to death and quartered his body."
Local news media say the spectators also decapitated Silva and stuck his head on a stake in the middle of the field.
There was some movie 20-30 years ago about the pirate radio stations and the characters who lived and broadcast into Britain. Okay, who remembers the story?
