Connecticut daycare workers found a marijuana cigarette inside a toddler's lunchbox last week.
John Sulzbach, the father of the 18-month-old boy, allegedly dropped the cigarette inside the container by accident while preparing his son's lunch, NBC Connecticut reports.
Workers at the Clinton Child Care Center called police at 12:16 p.m. after finding the joint, according to the Hartford Courant.
After the boy's parents agreed to let their home be searched, police found less than one ounce of the substance and other drug paraphernalia, according to the report.
Sulzbach, 33, was charged with "possession of a controlled substance" and "injury/impairing the morals of a child," according to NBC Connecticut
A Houston man had his life sentence overturned. Seems he forgot to mention his alibi, before getting convicted: He was in jail at the time it happened.
