My daughter has a resistance band for ballet, I could probably mess around with it -- what do you do?
Nothing much to report here, working out, integrated a new weight routine about three weeks ago, like it fine.
I have two separate bands, one light and one heavy - and I do every exercise you can imagine. Both of mine have a 'door anchor,' basically a fat knob attached to them which you close in a door to provide an anchor point.
I do light stretches to warm up, then shoulder press, a variety of chest presses, pushups w/resistence, triceps, lunges, everything you can imagine. I also invested in a chin-up bar so I could do Frenchies, and that has revolutionzied my climbing - highly recommend it. Even if you don't think that pull-ups are for you, simply hanging off of it dramatically increases your upper-body strength as you push yourself to hold on longer and longer.
Here's a good place to start:

It's the smooth resistance which is the best, plus you can pack them and take them with you anywhere. Love em.
