@Region Philbis,
Results to follow. We both did almost the same as last time. Got to be a rather hot course at the end, and I almost lost m'hat.

Lookin good!!!

I took a little stumble on the cellar stairs and my back is a bit stiff again.
Gonna be a walk-a-little jog-a-little day.

Low 70s and sunny with a cool breeze.
Perfect day for a run.
Even Two-Mile Mike thought so.

We did the usual route at a plodding pace.
My back was moving free and easy.
Gotta love it.

@Region Philbis,
I bet that's funny every time.

I'm still chasing the 1000 mile bunny....I'm only ten runners behind.
Joe(did 39 miles last week...paying a bit for it this week.)Nation

@Joe Nation,
I am awaiting the day when an event is big enough that I can be #8675309.

I, too, have signed up for the July 17th race.

@George,

it wasn't all that bad -- there was enough of a breeze that it wasn't overbearing.
