crap, forecasted high for sunday -- a measly 34°F.
layering to be in full force...

I've been doing some cold weather jogging so I should be all right.
Nigel and sa blonde will be running too.

Out and back same day -- mission accomplished!

Now enjoying a post-race Long Trail Ale.

Rhys started out well but kinda hit the wall on Broadway.
Finished in 45 and change by my watch.
Gotta find another 5K and get better trained.
We should be finishing under forty.

Very glad everyone made it through the frozen air safely, if not pain free.

I, for one, am really getting tired of going out at 32°F or below....can't the weather tell the day of the year?
