@Lightwizard,
Lightwizard... you're just having a bad link day aren't you?! Your next link goes to a blank Google search page. Razz

@tsarstepan,
I have no idea what is going on -- I think the URL button is broken.

http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&q=truffle+shaver&sourceid=navclient-ff&rlz=1B3GGGL_enUS331US331&ie=UTF-8

Nope -- you'd have to copy the link and paste it into the browser address box.

Still won't work. Something is wrong with my Firefox.

Can't find out what is happening with the copy and paste of links -- there's nothing in Firefox configurations.

@Lightwizard,
it could be the internets themselves, i'm having trouble on some sites, and i'm using chrome, can get to my hotmail account, but can't navigate within it

@djjd62,
Okay, I'm on Chrome so I will test it:
http://www.google.com/search?rlz=1C1CHNG_enUS331US356&aq=f&sourceid=chrome&ie=UTF-8&q=truffle+slicer

Checking my configurations on Firefox, they had all returned to default and the "ask every time" for cookies was off. I had to dump hundreds of cookies and start over. I really haven't checked Chrome for cookie privacy but will right now. So perhaps something is going on because when I logged backed in on Firefox after rebooting, it began to malfunction.

@Lightwizard,
That link takes me to my home page, which is Google. I'm using Vista.

@edgarblythe,
Don't ask me why -- I haven't tried a link in a post of Facebook, but they aren't working here.

They also aren't working when copying and pasting the link into Firefox or Chrome's URL address box.

@djjd62,
Yeah, it's still connecting me to my iGoogle home page. This is weird. I've never had that problem in all the years I've used the Internet. Is this on the news?

@Ionus,
It worked today, copying the URL, returning to A2K and pasting it into the address box. Let's see if the URL can be posted here:

http://www.gourmetfoodideas.com/truffle-shaver-slicer-stainless-steel.html

Apparently, it some Google configuration that is new -- Google links themselves won't post.

@edgarblythe,
That I was stubborn in finding a way to link to a truffle shaver? Can't find an electric but the consensus on the internet is to used an electric slider and watch your fingers!

Try to cut-and-paste the link:

http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&q=truffle+shaver&sourceid=navclient-ff&rlz=1B3GGGL_enUS331US331&ie=UTF-8

Aha, the A2K URL button is broken -- it adds a series of semi-colons and I don't know what else and just leads to my Google home page but probably just the Google search page. Wonder what gives there?

@Lightwizard,
I got 2 of those, they match my stainless steel fridge, stove and dishwasher. I remain tres chic in the kitchen fashion world, I am currently involved in serching for a stainless steel colt 44 to keep in the silverware drawer.

@dyslexia,
You're wanting to shave your truffles with a Colt 44? Doesn't that leave a gun power residue taste on the truffle?

That link was posted without using the URL button.
