Hi. Happy Father's Day 2025! Doing anything special for the holiday?
I'm not really. I'm not a dad. The only thing I did related to the holiday was to wish my pastor a happy holiday. What about you?

My youngest daughter came today. Then it rained all day and we stayed in. People with fathers, living or dead, don't know how lucky they are to have those memories. I don't recall mine at all because I was around three last time I saw him. He died in 1948 when I was six. I didn't learn his fate until I was in my fifties and had a computer to connect me with people. He was 33.

Did anyone light any fireworks and/or firecrackers in your neighborhood on Father's Day? Some people did that in MY neighborhood. I don't understand why.

I have great memories of my Dad, very strong, very protective and also smart enough to encourage me.
