Gigabit fiberoptic was just offered where I live for the first time. This is the first that I've ever been able to sign up for true broadband service.
Up until now I've been stuck with wireless broadband-lite. I was stuck with dialup until late 2013.
It feels like the civilized world is encroaching on me more and more.
I suppose that's what I get for living in open farmland rather than proper wilderness.
I signed up for 100 megabit service. They want $200 a month for full gigabit service. That's more than I'm willing to spend for internet service.
I wish a2k had a "dissatisfied frown" that wasn't marked "sad". Pretend that emote is not a "sad" face but rather a "dissatisfied frown".
