@MontereyJack,
That is incorrect. It's related to progressives abusing the law to conduct witch hunts against people they disagree with.

It's no different from the frivolous impeachment that caused the pandemic.

@MontereyJack,
Like I said, the real issue here is progressives wanting to violate the First Amendment rights of people who support the Constitution.

If you guys cared about this supposed fraud, you'd focus on the alleged fraudster instead of trying to destroy an organization that you oppose.

Not that these allegations are even credible. Everyone is used to the left's phony criminal charges against people who stand in their way.

Your continued attempts to justify murder as a civil liberty are the violations of the Constitution.

@oralloy,
Wow, a new high in total illogic. impeachment had absolutely nothing to do with causing the pandemic, only nature did that but trump os criminally liable for doing nothing effective to halt it for months.

@MontereyJack,
The Democrats disrupting the federal government for the entire first month of the pandemic has everything to do with the predicament that the nation is now in.

The time to stop the pandemic was then. Unfortunately for the nation, progressives don't care about saving people's lives. They only care about destroying people who disagree with them.

Justified self defense isn't murder.

And far from violating the Constitution, justified self defense is at the cornerstone of all lawful government. If you've forgotten this, maybe it's time to reread Hobbes' Leviathan.

@oralloy,
Seven months he's had, seven months he's wasted, talking trash, propounding fantasies and bogus "medicine". blaming everyone else for his own inaction. It's on Trump, and that's why he's down 14%, because the country realizes it, no matter how knee-jerky you get about trying to exonerate him.

murder is not justified self defense, and murder is what the gun nut constitution defiers are doing

@MontereyJack,
I know progressives really want black people to be free to rape and murder white people, but no.

When police officers and white people protect themselves from black people who are violently attacking them, that is justified self defense and is not murder.

@MontereyJack,
Mr. Trump is not in any way responsible for the Democrats introducing this pandemic to America back in January. That's entirely the doing of the Democratic Party.

There's no fooling involved; tax cheating is not protected by the Constitution.

@oralloy,
I gave this some thought tonight and I have some conclusions...

First: If people committed a crime, charge them for it. Otherwise, **** off.
Second: The NRA is a private organization and I see no reason for the government to be involved in it beyond prosecuting crimes. The US Government has no business trying to "dissolve" a private organization. It's counter would be trying to dissolve the ACLU... I doubt the progressives would tolerate that.
Third: If the NRA leadership fails, then new leadership should be found and put into place.

@McGentrix,
The NRA is chartered in NY and it is NY that is investigating it, not the feds, for violations of the laws governing charitabvle institutions, which they seem to have been violating for years.
