Comprehensive gun regulation would make that scenario moot.

How?

@McGentrix,
By making certain guns unavailable, by reducing the chances of criminal gun activity by making guns scarce, and by creating a disincentive to criminal activity through gun registration by making it easier to track criminal activity to gun possession.

Even if that were true you still think that the wholesale mass killing of children is a price well worth paying so you can try to make up for your so obvious shortcomings.

You consider sexually assaulting young girls alpha male behaviour.

And for all your avowed anti racism, you know the lack of any gun regulation leads to the murders of more black people and you're happy with that. Less face it you'd do the killing yourself if the only alternative was not having a gun.

You're not fit to own a spoon let alone anything else.

I have no feeling about you one way or the other. You're like... like lint or a bottle cap. You're just a thing to ignore.

I understand that your fans enjoy watching you dance like a monkey, but I just don't care.

@McGentrix,
That’s why you have to respond, because you don’t care.

I never knew I had fans. It’s awfully kind of you to point it out.

New York AG files lawsuit to dissolve the NRA

New York Attorney General Letitia James announced she will attempt to dissolve the
National Rifle Association, accusing its senior leadership of violating laws governing
non-profit groups, using millions from the organization's reserves for personal use
and tax fraud.

In a news release Thursday morning, James, a Democrat, alleged that current and
former NRA leadership "instituted a culture of self-dealing mismanagement" benefiting
themselves, family, friends and favored vendors, leading the organization to lose
more than $63 million in three years.

"The NRA's influence has been so powerful that the organization went unchecked for
decades while top executives funneled millions into their own pockets," James said...

The House and Senate will be Republican, Trump will re-elected and the NRA has the 2nd amendment.

Progressives hate the Constitution so much that sometimes they forget that it exists.

The courts will remind them.

I dunno man... some of the **** they are reporting is pretty ******* shady. I don't pay dues to support someone's lifestyle or spouses employment... $30,000 a month to employ a spouse?

@McGentrix,
I'm not sure if we can believe the reports since they are clearly part of progressive efforts to undermine the Constitution.

However, if there are actual corruption issues in the NRA, that does not justify progressives' assault on the First Amendment rights of people who support the Constitution.

This has nothing to do with taxes. This is about progressives opposing the First Amendment rights of anyone who supports the Constitution.

@InfraBlue,
That is incorrect. The only thing this is about is progressives wanting to violate the First Amendment rights of people who support the Constitution.

I don't know what the odds are of the Republicans taking the House, but I feel good about their odds of holding the White House and Senate.

@oralloy,
looks like a slamdunk for dissolution. The NRA has been playing all you members for suckers for years, living high on their own hog on the money they swill you out of, violating charity law.

@MontereyJack,
Not a chance.

I know progressives like to abuse the law to conduct witch hunts against people they disagree with, but the courts are not going to let them violate the First Amendment so blatantly.
