Most of what he says comes from the founding fathers.
Look into the history of the NRA and its association with the Firearms Act.
PS , Hardly anything of what Oralloy posts is a direct quote from the Constitution. Point me to the section that uses "Freedom Haters", or refers to "Those that want to despoil our civil rights"??

They are covered under the sections concerned with sedition.

@coldjoint,
Thats how many of you think. Quote something from 1798 and fail to follow it up.

Treason against the United States, shall consist only in levying War against them, or in adhering to their Enemies, giving them Aid and Comfort. No person shall be convicted of Treason unless on the Testimony of two Witnesses to the same overt Act, or on Confession in open Court.

The Congress shall have Power to declare the Punishment of Treason, but no Attainder of Treason shall work Corruption of Blood, or Forfeiture except during the Life of the Person attainted.

It only makes sense to call freedom haters traitors.

@coldjoint,
BRANDENBURG v OHIO. These"Enemies or Sedition" laws(as modified since 1798) would probably be considered unconstitutional today.

@coldjoint,
read the history of the sedition acts. You jut try to hide when my simple question was where in the constitution does the term "freedom haters" show up?
Or how about "The Democratic party should be outlawed"

WHO THE hell died and left you clowns in charge of a Democratic Republic??

It doesn't take the world's loosest definition of treason to want to see people brought to justice for Fast-and-Furious, Uranium-1, or the Steele dossier and its misuse for obtaining FISA warrants to be used for political purposes.

I do not think I ever said "freedom haters", the use of "traitor" is when it applies. Please tell someone else what to do.
