For the first time in months, I craved scrambled eggs. Just two, with a glass of Crystal Light. I made Wheatena for my husband.

I shared a toasted 'everything with flax' bagel with cheddar with my dogs. I also had a glass of tangerine-orange juice. They had a charcoal biscuit and an IAMS lamb and rice cookie.

We are going to have the whole deal as Charles is off today. But I do miss the smell of coffee when it perks. These wonderful drip machines make good coffed but I miss the smell.

Coffee, and more coffee.

I have made bacon, mushrooms & onions, and eggs with cheese for Mr.PFK. He seemed pleased. I'll have a piece of bacon later.

This is his Dr.Atkin's diet. He's lost close to 25 pounds even though he won't give up the scotch or the beer.

Hi ehBeth --

I'm remembering breakfast in the Catskills......

Setanta's answer is funny....

The New York bagels were soooooo good!!!

Here at home, I had a piece of toast this morning, with some homemade apple butter on top. Yum!

Very Happy
