Again, it's purely your imagination that preogressives are socialists or communists. You're wrong.
Coldjoint isn't wrong. He is correct. Look at the way progressives tried to help Communists destroy America during the Cold War.
Some do have some socialist ideas but then so does the us government and the us public,, ideas which have been generally accepted american beliefs for decades, like social security and the VA. And Americans for decades want socialized "medicine".
You don't speak for America.
like single-payer, which works in every first world country, costs half of what we pay, and covers everyone, which trump himself touted as the best until he became president. You're still stuck in pre-WorldWarI thinking.
Germany, the Netherlands, Switzerland, and Slovakia have market-based systems that are neither single payer nor socialized medicine.
Obamacare marketplace exchanges would be quite similar to those systems if it had stronger regulations and more government support.
Singapore has a system that works for them that is different from all of the above systems. I've not taken the time to understand how their system works, but it clearly does work.
Many Republicans think that it would be a good alternative to the Obamacare market exchanges. Since I've not bothered to learn about it, I'm not qualified to comment on it.
