I just got word this morning that my brother is in the hospital in Chicago. They're still running tests.

Lately I've been wondering whether each branch of Payday Loans has opened up a Borrow Trouble department. My guess is that you'll feel much better after you have some facts and can cope rather than worry.

Last night I dreamed that I'd been sent out by a Typewriting Agency to help a Hussar with his civilian hobby of developing the Ideal Universal Album for Stamp Collectors.

As darkness fell, the Hussar Made Respectful Advances.

I was sorely tempted.

Could he love? Kootchie koo!

He wanted to show me the Alaskan backcountry in snow-melt time.

Sorely tempted....and woke up.

I had a dream where omsigDavid shot me over two hundred times at close range with his shotgun. Well, I guess he didn't technically shoot me since I was never actually shot, but for two hours he kept shooting at me, missing, shooting again, missing again, reloading, shooting again. This went on for hours until the shells were piled up to his knees. He finally became frustrated and quit shooting. Just turned and walked away without saying a word.

Crazy dream.

There was a polar bear in my front yard and a mountain lion decided to attack it, only the lion was my cat, who wanted to go outside... he woke me up.

I 'm having trouble remembering this one but it was about sorting and dividing some things.

I dreamed that little seed plants were sprouting from the soil. Each one would crack the soil first, and then slowly rise up out of the ground. But once they got above ground I noticed that each one had a little smiling Mike Meyers "Love Guru" head on top of it. And they were talking. Then as they grew, his mustache unfurled into the first leaves of the plant. Pretty soon there was a whole field of them, all smiling and talking... (very annoying).

(I haven't even seen the Love Guru movie, so I have no idea why that image popped up)

This wasn't a dream but I am reporting it anyway.

I had my clock set for 5AM so I would get up to go run, but when it went off I felt I needed one more hour.

I reached over and, in a blur of almost sleep, I reset the alarm for six AM and then laid my head down on the pillow.

Damn!! The alarm went off !!!

I was a little angry that I hadn't managed to reset the alarm correctly, but then I looked at the clock and it said 6:00. I looked at the television box (which always has the correct time) and it said 6:00.

I had gotten a whole hour of sleep in what seemed like fifteen seconds.
It was a deep sleep without dreams.

The Union Army was coming through a section of saplings with a great deal of rustling and swearing. Horses were involved.

The Confederates were sighting their guns.

My warnings were sincere, but not heard.
