Gently, gently, Diane.
Extra gentle Hugs to you.
But I'll bet Sallydog is in heaven to see you!
Happy times. Take it easy.
That's good news, take it gentle, all!

Welcome home, Diane.
Did you clean the kitchen, dys?
Good stuff.
(((((((((((((Diane)))))))))))))))
Back in the saddle, again!
I told you there'd be a big Monday reunion.
No one listens to me.
Diane - Dys may try to tell you we had cigs together the other night. Just ignore that.
My last surgery left me with something that resembles a marsupiall pouch, but the pain does go away. A day at a time.
Happy to hear that you are out of the hospital and getting around.
Diane- IMO the best thing for you to do for the next few weeks is to "make like a princess". The way that you will allow yourself to heal will have an impact on your life later on. If you push yourself too much, you may just find yourself flopping on your face. Take it easy, and let nature take its course.
You probably should not be doing any heavy lifting, at least for the next few weeks. Also, when you feel yourself becoming tired, lie down. Don't wait until you are absolutely exhausted.
On the isolation --- Diane was progressing well over the weekend re oxygen, etc. Presumably the last lab tests cleared her re being isolated for intestinal infection, and otherwise she had progressed enough to go home.
Hospitals have lots and lots of people and lots and lots of microbes.
Homes have fewer.
Meanwhile, I'm as happy as Sally Dog at the recent developments.
Oooooommmmm.
I would have love to have seen Sallydog's reaction to Diane coming home. I understand that the pooch was getting quite disgusted with dys, and was very open about her pique!
Did they provide dys with any meds to protect him from the intestinal infection Diane had/has/carries?
(been worried about the fella)

Yeah, now Dante Cat will have to stop sleeping on Dys' head. Fred the Parrot is yelling his head off "Where ya been"?
Did Diane get a flu shot? Dys?
BBB
By all means, Diane stay out of the saddle and no bench presses for a while.
Saddle stuff I don't know about. But, at least prior to this illness, Dianne could bench press dyslexia ten repetitions.
