I'm sorry that your ex is such a jerk and a retard. (And his girlfriend sounds like a real twat too.) I haven't read the whole thread, but you have my total sympathies and support.

I agree with Phoenix and the other ladies here. If it were me, I'd immediately contact my attorney and try to have his visitation rights taken away from him.

This guy just isn't responsible enough to have two minor children in his care. He's also way too selfish to put what is best for them ahead of what he feels like doing.
