(and what's the big freakin' deal with naked, in any case?)

It's against the law in the US for a male to expose himself in public. Have you ever heard of those men, who wear long rain coats and when a woman walks by, men open up their coats to expose their penis.

They're called FLASHERS....

oe, vice cops see to it that there is no prostitution, no indecent exposure
and no "hanky-panky" in public places to report.

I have nothing against nudity, in fact I love going to the lake just outside Bratislava where everybody who feels like it goes nude, and that's not an official beach or colony of anysort, I would NOT jog naked. I mean, how uncomfortable would that be? Firstly,I'd miss my sports bra, let's just leave that at that. But also the sweat streaming down, chaffing....there's nothing luring in running naked. I doubt that comfort would be the main reason for it. The flying bits would be problematic for most men as well, I'd imagine. So I wonder if there's more to this particular priest than just avid joggery before dawn.

I Agree, I'm still stuck on why anyone would want to do this because for me, it wouldn't be comfortable.

Is kissing in public allowed? And can women show their ankles?

I don't know. Perhaps he urinated on someone in the car. I don't think that's a felony.( but maybe it is..)

Is that a park reserved strictly for naked men?[/quote]

Ok, I acknowledge that's not an American appendage but it's not a guy's breast either!

I have a confession.....I've peed in the woods and a cornfield. I've exposed cleavage and ankles too. I guess we're a little liberal in Seattle

Hehe, haven't we all. I also admit to some serious indicent exposure
in the woods in Pennsylvania Laughing

On a serious note, I do understand that public nudity is prohibited in
the United States and the priest is charged with a misdimeanor.
What I don't understand is the sex offender status, as one has nothing
to do with the other.

I'm not sure about the sex offender thing. Maybe it has to do with the proximity of the school
